Pusong walang pag-ibig: Nobela

Rate this book

2.5 stars is my true rating. The first half is at least consistent in its focalization. But the second half messes up the narrative. If this is Enrique's story then he should be the main focalizer. When the revolution happens, he disappears from the narrative, only to return in the end to die. WTF. Also, the novel forgives Enrique, even though no redemption arc was given. The novel describes itself with its title, not just Enrique. It really has a loveless heart.
