It was very general and basic. It did not go into any depth about anything. I read the whole book in less than an hour. It wasn’t a bad read, but it wasn’t very helpful compared to other books I have read. I don’t regret reading it, but I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
সত্যি বলতে কোন লেখক সম্পর্কে মন্তব্য করা এত বড় পাঠক আমি নই। The Inferiority Complex Cure by Pam Johson বইটি আমাকে নতুন করে সাহস যুগিয়েছে। আসলে আমি কোন এক কারনে অনেকদিন যাবত অ্যাংজাইটি তে ভুক্তে ছিলাম এবং আমার মাথায় সমস্যা হয়ে যায় একসময় ফলে অনেকবার ডাক্তারের কাছে আমাকে যেতে হয়েছে। সিটিস্ক্যান পর্যন্ত করতে হয়েছিল। সবসময় হিনমন্যতায় ভুকতাম।
আমি বেশ কিছু মোটিভেশনাল বই পড়েছি এবং কোনটাই আমি একসয় একেবারে পড়তে পারি নাই কিন্তু এই বইটি আমি এক বসায় পড়তে পেরেছি কারণ বইটার অনেক লাইনে আমার জীবনের সাথে মিলে গেছেছিল। মুখস্ত করার মত কিছু লাইন আমি এখানে তুলে ধরলাম। আফসোস হয় কারণ আমি বইটা আগে পড়তে পারিনি।

When you are subjected to constructive criticism, you should not take them personally. Focus on how you can manage your weaknesses and do something to improve them. Prevent letting small defeats affect. Consider them as challenges and use them to improve yourself better. As you grow stronger, you will find it easier to defend yourself from the negative attacks that come your way.
07. Learn to love yourself more. Respect and appreciate your own talents. Believe that your unique gifts of skills, abilities and characteristics will bring you to your destiny. When you do something good, reward yourself. If you love yourself, you will not allow others to put you down. Celebrate your life, be positive and live the way you want to be. Do not let others take away your own power from you. Use it for yourself.
08.Learn to place a price on your own ability, knowledge and dignity. Do not let others make you feel second rate. If there are people who make you feel insignificant and self-conscious, stop associating with them. Learn to find people who welcome you without censure.
The book does not cover in depth the topic which was very disappointing. In general I would describe it as a small pocket book one can re-read from time to time as a reminder of the habits that could help you live a more fulfilling life.
