Our thoughts and actions shape the course of our lives, this book teaches you to direct them in such ways that you cannot lose! Ready? Set. Get lucky now with Lucky Code.
Ms. Edwards provides just what she promises: an fun, fast-paced, and easy-to-read guide book to living a 'lucky' life. Each tenant is listed in alphabetically (such as Code C: Character Building, Code D: Dress for Success, or the creatively named Code I: Indebtedness - Just a Fancy Word for Gratitude), and gives the reader an explanation of the Code, actions to apply it, and inspirational quotes for encouragement. This book is encouraging while putting the emphasis on personal action: if you want your life to change, you have the ability to do so. "Luck", according to Edwards, is merely the organization of your life in such a manner as to create positive results - a definition I can really get behind.
Written with a breezy, optimistic, and no-nonsense manner, Edwards is witty, entertaining, and thought-provoking. Best read with a journal, this book is highly recommended for anyone looking to up their game in life.
Such a fan of this pocketbook and Gaynete! The Lucky Code is an A-Z directory for how to 'get lucky.' Those people who always seem to win prizes at the state fair, or feel happy on a daily basis, or are extra resilient to struggle may appear lucky, but there are fundamental mindset hacks and shifts we can make to get there as well. Being a self-help junkie, a lot of this was a review, but the best kind: the stuff that many of the greatest minds recommend to enable you to get out of your own way to be the most successful, happy, or lucky version of yourself. I recommend this book to anyone who feels like they are unlucky, or wants an easy-to-read, comprehensive reminder.
This book has given me a whole new perspective on life! If you need help changing your attitude to make your life the absolute best it can be then this is the book for you. I read it all in a day and can't recommend it enough.
