Everyone dies eventually, and Umeko Mikazuki knows that, but it doesn’t make the death of her mother any easier, especially not when that death is Umeko’s fault. At only eleven-years-old, Umeko tries to push past her issues and live the kind of life her mother would have wanted. Unfortunately, moving on isn’t so easy when her mind just won’t let her forget. Plagued by one memory in the form of constant nightmares, Umeko doesn’t believe herself to be strong enough to move past these demons on her own.
