He was one of the founders of Free Funeral Service Society of Yangon together with Thukha and Kyaw Thu in 2001.
This is paraphrased but when he wrote "Main ma shar (gay, effeminate men) had to start their lives with a minus sign where as most of you guys start with a zero" and then continued it with how we can all find courage in life, I nearly teared up. Through this book, you can see his love for teenagers and how much he wants the new generation to become better.
Great inspirational self-help book delivered in grandfatherly fashion, a style that strikes well with the author, targeted for the teens. Author's use of many anecdotes, stories and historical speeches will invoke a tune that will sink into a teenager's mind. Recommended reading for all teens and one that I will definitely read to my children.
