I adored book one in the Dice & Debauchery series by Christine Rains, so when I spotted Layers of Lace (Book 2) I grabbed a copy and jumped right in.

And I loved being back in the sexy, geeky world of gaming and flirting. Can I just say, Russell Morrison is a complete hunk and I’d love to see more of him. Emily is a spunk herself and is no push over when it comes to her main man. The cat and mouse game played by the two, especially when in costume had me hooked, and if anything it ended too soon. I wanted more.

Emily and Russell find themselves in a difficult situation, emotionally toward the end, and I won’t give it away, but Christine Rains did an amazing job of pulling it all together. Well done.

Can’t recommend this series enough to anyone wanting explosive sexual attraction, plenty of delicious raunchiness, and characters you can’t get enough of. Book 3 is already on my auto-buy list.

Rains turns up the heat in the second of her Dice and Debauchery series. If you're looking for sexy romps with a lot of geeky heart, then Layers of Lace by Christine Rains is for you.
