All I know is they won't let me handle this alone, no matter how hard I try, and they're starting to break through my walls as easily as they break through bad guys' heads.

"Undead to Rites" is a paranormal standalone, where part of the mystery lies in discovering what kind of paranormal beings our main characters exactly are... The start of this book was truly amazing. We immediately start off with a whole bunch of questions, some highly suspenseful scenes and a touch of humor I really enjoyed. The first part of this book just made me keep on turning pages because the suspense was nearly unaliving me, with a desperate craving to find out what exactly was going on with Kira's resurrections.

While the second part of this book gives answers to the questions I had in part one, it also seems to lose a little bit of the humor I loved so much at the start. I still enjoyed the story a lot, but I have to admit I started missing it a little. Instead, we do get spice in part two, and those scenes were definitely enjoyable as well. I love our fmc's spirit, her pride and her inner power and I can truly understand why our three supes fall head over heels for her.

All in all, undead to rites was a fun standalone with plenty of twists and turns and a fascinating storyline.

Urban fantasy is a new sub-genre for me, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The story has a good plot, but at times does seem to drag a bit, especially in the middle. It does pick up towards the end when everything comes together though! I did like all the twists and turns through the story, some which were hard to see coming!
There are a few spicy scenes, but I would say maybe 1-2 🌶️ max! There are a few MM scenes, but they are brief and easy to skip over, if they aren’t your thing.
Overall, it’s a pretty good story about humans, vampires, and witches with some mysteries thrown in!.

I enjoyed this read by Jade as this was the first time for the author. I love a good RH paranormal and this was a fun read. Three mercenaries intertwined are bound to the FMC. It is fate or a curse and why are they interconnected. There is mystery, angst, murder, lies, betrayal, loyalty, love and sexy oh sexy times.

They have secrets they are keeping from her and she is trying to figure out why she is being hunted and why she can't die. This is a fast paced, laugh out load funny, steamy RH PN romance.

Disappointment

The summary of this book sounded really interesting and great. But it started way too keep. It feels like five pages in, bam action starts. I don't really know the character. As I kept reading I didn't get a better idea of the characters. It was very slow paced. This book couldn't really catch my attention. It was fast paces but extremely slow going. This might be a great book for someone else , but it's not for me.

Kira keeps getting killed only to wake up alive with three men watching out for her. Darion, who she met first, is the angry brooding one while Miles was the charming funny guy, and Silas the mysterious one. She knows she is safe with them but there are secrets they are keeping away from her. The plot and characters are a bit all over the place and feels like it jumps without natural progression.

This was definitely an interesting and unique storyline. Kira dies alot! Haha don't worry she doesn't stay that way. I felt the story lacked some steam (which is a bit of a bummer dude).

Overall it's decent for sure, but if you're looking for a hot book that you won't be able to put down its likely not this one.

Multi death intrigue.
Life can't seem to get any more interesting when you keep dying repeatedly and don't know why you keep coming back. As luck would have it, her deaths are tied to three supernatural creatures. She just isn't sure what kind of supes they are. Then there is the question of who is behind it all. I loved the intrigue as the four of them try to figure things out and fall in love along the way. This book has plenty of adventure, danger, intrigue, twists, and steam.

I loved all of the twists and turns and this is a new author for me and I can't wait to see what else she has in store.
There was a few MM moments for those who don't like those kind of scenes but you can skip those without disrupting the story.

This is an intriguing urban fantasy RH romance that had me engaged. I had me with questions almost immediately. There is mystery, angst and so much heat. There were some fantastic twists and suspense. I really liked Kira and her guys.
