He was the only man she’d ever met who could make a rope cage feel like home, and she was the one woman he wasn’t capable of setting free. But fate is a sadistic bitch.
Tuesday has spent her life moving between worlds — pack wolf, NFL nomad kid, culinary school overachiever. She’s built a life on her own terms: a high-powered consulting career with clients she chooses, and a careful distance from complications. Falling for a member of the Rolling Thunder MC qualifies as a complication. Falling for an extinct apex predator qualifies as something considerably more dangerous, but when she meets Knife, her human side is intrigued while her inner wolf instantly wants to roll over, show her belly, and submit to whatever he might want.
Knife doesn’t play games, and he doesn’t do messy. He certainly wasn’t expecting a pack wolf with a culinary degree and a Maserati to walk into his butcher shop on a Friday morning and see through him enough to tell him her safeword. From the moment they negotiate their boundaries, the rules are clear: edge play inside absolute power exchange without emotional entanglements. It's supposed to be purely physical, but Tuesday surrenders and trusts him with an intensity that floors him while he explores all his kinks and a few of hers in profound extremes.
Behind closed doors, their chemistry is explosive, pushing past every physical and psychological boundary they've ever known, but outside their private sanctuary, reality is a minefield. Tuesday’s alpha has absolute access to her every thought, and the MC’s rules strictly forbid romantic entanglements because the club survives by keeping their secrets hidden. He can’t be involved with someone bound to an alpha, and that makes Tuesday Robinson not just forbidden, but dangerous.
The deeper they sink into each other, the higher the stakes become, but sometimes, the heart doesn’t care about logic, rules, or consequences.
Author’s Note: KNIFE: Volume 1 begins a scorching paranormal motorcycle club duet featuring a fiercely independent pack wolf finding absolute surrender in the darkest corners of power exchange with a biker. Perfect for readers who crave dual shifter protagonists and alpha hero / competent heroine dynamics, edge play with profound emotional depth, rope bondage, sensory deprivation, and grueling endurance play balanced by intense, loving aftercare. Set against a gritty Southern backdrop of outlaw motorcycle clubs, pack politics, and foodie passion, this is a forbidden romance, friends-with-benefits-to-lovers story about found family and the ultimate sacrifice of identity for love. Volume 1 ends on a cliffhanger, but the duet concludes with a guaranteed HEA in KNIFE: Volume 2, available August 7, 2026.
Candace Blevins writes urban fantasy, paranormal romance, epic fantasy contemporary BDSM romance, and two kick-ass motorcycle club series. She’s published more than fifty books. Candace lives with her husband of twenty-four years and their two teenaged daughters. The family’s beloved, goofy, retired racing greyhounds are usually at her side as she writes, quietly keeping her company. Or sometimes not so quietly.
Her urban fantasy series, Only Human, gives us a world where weredragons, werewolves, werelions, three different species of vampires, and a variety of other mythological beings exist.
Candace's various paranormal romance series are all sister series to the Only Human series, and give some secondary characters their happily ever after.
Her Dark(ish) Faerie Tale series gives us a close-up and personal look at Queen Mab, and her Dark Underbelly series is, as you’d expect, dark and (if you’re a little twisted) oh-so-yummy.
Her contemporary Safeword series gives us characters who happen to have some extreme kinks. Relationships can be difficult enough without throwing power exchange into the mix, and her books show characters who care enough about each other to fight to make the relationship work. Each couple in the Safeword series gives the reader a different take on the lifestyle.

WOW!! At first, I was hesitant to read this book because of the intense kink, but the romance was totally worth it. If you're familiar with this author's Safeword series, the intensity of the kink is very similar. There were about 5 scenes, so it felt well-balanced throughout the story.
This was a sensational read in every sense of the word. I loved their meet-cute, their shared passion as foodies, their explosive compatibility, and their deep respect for each other. They are absolute soulmates! As always, I loved that the female lead is successful and has an interesting career.
The descriptions are so vivid, this author seems very passionate about food, cars, and hiking. I also loved the third-person narrative with dual POVs, I always find it more insightful and engaging to have both of their perspectives without being distracted by a first person narration.
Beyond the romance, it was such a treat to revisit Chattanooga and get a glimpse of some fan-favorites! This can absolutely be read as a standalone, in fact, I think it works better on its own than other books in the series, but as always, the experience is so much richer if you've read the previous installments. It really is a great entry point for the series.
Reading this made me feel all warm inside, literally kicking my feet and cheering for their HEA. The only thing I didn't love was the star-crossed lovers situation, I was so frustrated for them! Also, that cliffhanger should be illegal! I need to read the next book immediately. Ultimately, this is the perfect read for fans of heartwarming romance mixed with intense bondage and pain play!
Great beginning! I have to say I've really missed the RTMC & the family. I read a lot but there's nothing like a new twist in a favorite Series. And this world is one I absolutely love coming back to see just how everyone is doing.
I'm pretty good at figuring out how the scene looks. Especially rope, it's a favorite of mine. When I'm not sure I ask friends. 😋 Seeing the drawings ( they were done perfectly, great detail) was great. Most exactly as I thought, couple of surprises. Beautifully done!
Knife is one intense Sadist. And extremely inventive. Learning about the man/wolf was great. From his talent with a good cut of meat & cooking it, to his kink of complete control & to inflict as much pain as possible. He's a good man.
Tuesday I really love a woman who knows exactly who she is & what she wants. Her confidence in her life & choices is inspiring. We should all feel so good about ourselves! Now the Foodie part of her was interesting. Good thing Kindle's have a Dictionary attached. I learned a lot of different words. I'm a simple New Englander, not a lot of spice, seafood, & boiled meat! LOL I've grown but not too much. Some of them sounded spectacular.
This ends with a Cliffhanger!! The good thing is that the Second book is already out. So that's where I'm heading. Knife Volume 2.
This was such a great read, let me tell you, once I started, the storyline just drew me in. Knife and Tuesday meet in such a cute way and that might be the only time I might say the word cute about them. Because their relationship is just out of this world captivating.
Their scenes were just amazing to read and in some instances I am so glad Ms. Blevins provides graphics of Knife’s rope work. I think I can visualize a lot but sometimes my brain needs help and they totally helped.
Their relationship just gets deeper and deeper and emotions come into play but they know they can’t continue due to paranormal rules. As I read through their scenes you could absolutely feel how much they were falling for each other.
Another part of their story that really jumps out at me is their love of food, I mean Knife works at a butcher shop, so he knows meat, but also knows how to make it taste good. And Tuesday went to culinary school so she knows her way around a kitchen. I couldn’t help but feel a little hungry after reading details of them cooking together.
Reader beware, this does end in a cliffhanger, but don’t worry too much, the next installment is due for release very soon!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
Knife's kink is a bit unorthodox. He never expected to find someone who fits. And then he met Tuesday. Tuesday's wolf doesn't submit easily. Her needs aren't well defined even to her and then she meets Knife. And life got sexually satisfying but extremely complex. Knife is the latest in Candace Blevins Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club series. It introduced me to yet another kink I had never thought was possible. I don't know how Ms. Blevins does it but she manages to show me a world completely unfamiliar to me in a way the opens my mind to possibilities. (I will admit the graphics were definitely needed and appreciated.) Having said that I felt an undercurrent of sadness as I read this story. There was a train wreck coming and you knew it. Knife and Tuesday became closer than they expected and even they knew they were not making the wisest choices...but the heart wants what the heart wants. I found myself immersed in their pain as each visit became harder to separate the physical from the emotional, especially when you realized the level of trust that grew with each encounter. Ms. Blevins warned us that the story ended with a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see how she weaves together Knife and Tuesday's journey.
Knife and Tuesday were quite the interesting couple. They really shouldn't have worked as a couple, due to their connections, yet there was a pull between them from the start. You could tell even then both of them knew they were in over their heads when they talked about being just fuck buddies. Even their kinks matched up, which is saying something as they were a bit extreme. I liked that after an intense long session they talked about things. Even better for these two was that it wasn't all just sex. They got out there and had fun doing different things, including so many meals, both at home and out. This I think was the worst part of the book, both were foodies and they loved talking and sharing food, which drove me nuts as a reader, because I wanted to taste (some of the things) too!
The party were they were at, but not together was a big revelation for them both and not in a good way. It sucked what happened after that and how sad both of them were for that choice, even though they knew it was "best". Tuesday made an interesting choice at the end and I can't wait to see what happens next for them.
If you like paranormal MC Shifter with some bdsm then run and read this absolutely amazing story created by Candace Blevins because she knocked it out of the ballpark with Knife! All my boxes are checked and I can’t think of anything that could make it better. Knife and Tuesday hit it off from the start and they fit together so perfectly sparks fly. The only problem is she’s a pack wolf and he’s MC and both have rules against relationships with each other. And they try the friends with benefits route. But when your soul keeps telling you different what do you do? What do you do???? Read this scrumptious book to find out how part one ends and definitely pray part two gets here quick because I need more if Knife and Tuesday! I received this eARC book and gladly give it this honest review. Five stars isn’t enough! 10/10 I’d read it again.
Wow!!!! First I have been reading this series since the first book came out and I love the MC. But wow the rules between pack and MC wolves kills me every time why can’t we get along. I loved this story the descriptions and scenes Candace sets for the meals, hikes, kinks and their shared experiences brings you right into story. I love visiting Chattanooga each time I read one of these books and this one does not disappoint with our visit into town. Tuesday is so strong deciding what she wants with Knife and going to all the lengths to get her wolf. I can not wait for volume two for these two to get their happy ending because the ending made me cry! The kink in the book was also top tier if ropes are your thing you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be rereading this book!
As I read this book, I couldn't help but notice how much it reflected today's society's overall views of relationships. Be it race, religion, color, sexual orientation or any other mitigating factors, sadly people think they have a right to say who you can or cannot fall in love with. Knife is a lone wolf. Tuesday is a pack member. According to each other's laws and norms they can be friends but nothing more. Unfortunately, the heart wants what it wants. These two work on so many levels. It would be a Candace Blevins romance if there wasn't some serious kink involved. Knife and Tuesday take it another level. Fortunately, we don't have to wait long for volume 2 to find out the consequences of decisions that they've made.
One word kept entering my psyche while reading this book, sensual. Not just in a single sense, but in all the ways anything could be felt. The sensations of our characters hit them deep, and they took me right into their moment with them. Whether it was in a scene, savouring food and drink, experiencing nature, or feeling things best left unsaid, I sensed as if I was there with them. They made me smile, they made me cringe, they made me want to eat the food hey were trying, and they made me cry. They were sensual in all that they did, and I got to experience it all along with them <3
Knife and Tuesday are perfect for each other. It’s like they were made for each other except he’s a member of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club and they carry secrets no one outside the club is allowed to be privy to. Tuesday is a pack wolf and would have to answer to her alpha whether she wanted to or not. Can their developing love for each other survive their divided loyalties. This is a kinky love story that has opposites filling the missing parts of the other. I enjoyed watching them discover each other and look forward to them getting their HEA in the next book.
I really appreciate the drawings of the riggings. I have trouble visualizing things and it really helped me understand her predicaments and positioning. I wish more authors would do that. This is one of her more darkly harsh kink stories and those are my favorite of hers 😍 I love how she pushes the kink boundaries and she’s amazing at description and creativity. Just when I think I’ve seen it all with kink erotica Ms. Blevins proves me wrong and I’m so happy.
When an intense sadist matches up with a passionate masochist, blood will fly! In a good way. Tuesday is a wolf who is smart, independent, and living life to its fullest. Everything about Tuesday screams accomplished woman with her life together. She is close to her grandmother and family. Knife is similar yet different. He is close to his brothers in the MC. His bloody family is a totally different story. Their chemistry and decision to keep it kinky seems the perfect path for two people from very different worlds.
