Published in the early 1900s, recommendations for sports for girls and some tips for the beginner. Coming in around the time women were starting to become more active, it tries to convince its reader to take sport seriously. Notable moment: the suggestion for the beginner skater to start with wooden skates since metal would likely be too heavy.
