These are the first stories I have read from Ms O ' Reilly , but certainley not the last; " Indecent Nights " is a compilation of three inter-connected Novella's each one as hot an erotic as the next.
The first novella up is Indecent Exposure! Our main character , Ellie Smithson a photographer by profession who in secret does erotic photography . Ellis is happy with her business until her freind Amber comes in to her studio dragging behind her Ellie's fantasy man, Tom Hunt , and Amber wants photo's to use to get even with her x boyfreind, showing him what he is missing out on. Game changer for both of them .
The second novella , is Ambers story ; amber still upset over her x- boyfriend but trying to be civil attends their wedding and finds herself looking for a quick wedding tryst , she finds herself in a closet with one of the groomsmen Lucas ; only to be walked in on by Scott her best freind Ellie's uptight condescending brother . Amber bold and brazen faces him while still quit exposed ,and lays down the first fire after all these two have always hated each other since they were kids, but hate is not quite what she sees in his eyes. It looks more like lust . Hate takes on a whole new look from that point .
In the third novella , you pick up Lucas , Amber's wedding hookup and his particular wants and likes who h he finds with Meredith . Merideth is a thirty four year old recent divorcee , who husband could not take her controlling any longer.
Merideth ha sher one secret desires and when she sees Lucas through her bedroom window in his , on the phone and without fae of whimsy see him standing I. The window n thehine with himself in hand her fantasy world starts . Merideth wanting more but wanting to keep her aninimoty leave shim notes telling him what to do and delightfully surprised when he does, this goes on for over a month until they come face to face at her place of business and the dynamic changes .Merideth controlling tendencies are just what Lucas desires.
Hot short stories that tie together well, if you have never read one of Jane O' Reilly's story I can not recommend this one enough a for a start, I am looking foward to time to read more of her work.

Indecent Exposure
This erotic novella is the story of Ellie, a respectable photographer by day who dabbles in more erotic scenarios on the side and Tom, her accountant who unwittingly becomes one of her subjects. I really enjoyed this story! Ellie is portrayed as a woman who keeps her voyeuristic tendencies well hidden, exposing her side career to very few people who know her in real life. Crossing those boundaries by photographing a man she knows well in a completely platonic setting is both exciting and nerve wracking for her. Tom, on the other hand, is happy to finally be able to show his sexual side to Ellie (in more ways than one), having fantasized about her in their business meetings. Having Ellie photograph him turns him on as much as it does her, and leads to several steamy scenes where it becomes evident that in fact there is more to this burgeoning relationship than just sex. As well, there are some interesting twists and turns to the plot that I didn't see coming and that gave the story an added dimension. I found this to be a really smart and fun read. 4 stars.
Indecent Proposal
This was a quick and very steamy read! Amber intrigued me as a woman completely comfortable with her sexuality - but not so comfortable attaching any kind of emotion to her relationships. She hates Scott( or so she thinks) but since we all know that the opposite of love isn't hate it's indifference, the fact that she feels anything for him really annoys her. It means he's getting to her on a level that no-one else has. I liked Scott and his persistence in poking away at Amber's attempts to use sex as a weapon against him instead of admitting what she really wants - him, the whole package, emotions included. The sex is very hot, a little bit kinky with some menage action and it was an entertaining story. 4 stars.

This fun sexy story is all about Meredith, who secretly watches her handsome. studly, across the street neighbour as he 'performs' for her in front of his window. When he by pure coincidence shows up at her office to do some IT work, Lucas has the chance to show Meredith that he's quite willing to do her bidding in person too when he recognizes her as the woman who creates his fantasies. Meredith is 10 years older than Lucas and this makes her uncomfortable at first - she's been careful to keep herself hidden when she's watching Lucas because she thinks that her feelings for him are taboo, but once they are together in person and Lucas makes it clear that he is quite happy to listen to her commands, she realizes that it's okay to let loose and have some fun. The sexual tension between them leads the story and when they eventually do come together in person it's worth the wait. I liked Lucas's character too - he knows what he wants, he likes being submissive, and he isn't scared to share that with Meredith. 4 stars for this steamy treat!

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Most of the time, short stories range from just OK to pretty good for me, because it's not easy to supply enough background and still make it a good story in just a few pages. That's why I don't mind novellas that go along with a series I've been reading because I already have a feel for the characters and situation. This author doesn't have that problem. It may have helped that all three stories were tied-in together.
In the first one, Indecent...Exposure, Ellie is a photographer who sometimes does erotic photography, although she doesn't want word to get out about it. So when Tom, who is her accountant and secret crush, walks in with her best friend, Amber to take some of those forbidden pictures, she decides it's time to get what she wants.
Indecent...Proposal begins with Amber (from the previous story) at the wedding of her ex-boyfriend and his new bride. Feeling frustrated, Amber approaches a stranger (Lucas) for some no-strings-attached wedding sex. They sneak off and get caught in the act by Ellie's brother Scott., who tells her she shouldn't be having sex with strangers. He says that if she was going to have casual sex, it should at least be with someone she knows. Which gets Amber thinking about Scott, but that's weird because they have always hated each other haven't they?
The last story is Indecent...Desires. It involves Lucas and Meredith (who is ten years older than him and living in the flat across the street.) She sort of becomes a peeping Tom when she watches Lucas in his bedroom. She thinks it's all innocent fun until he shows up at her workplace to update the computers. One thing leads to another, and Meredith finds herself doing things she never though possible....that includes finally being happy.
These aren't your mother's romance stories (even though there's nothing wrong with those). These are erotic short stories at their best. They are different and exciting. I need to look up more books by this author!

I think I've found my new favorite erotica author of 2017!
Indecent...Nights is a collection of three short stories, connected to each other by the characters each story features. I like the concept of each story exploring the relationships that the last story's supporting role characters develop. My favorite story in the collection was Indecent...Exposure, a story about an undercover erotic photographer being discovered by her accountant, whom she had been harboring a crush on. The chemistry between these two characters were spot on, which made the scenes intense. This book is definitely worth purchasing at full price!

Enjoyed this - hot, sexy, fun, short, enjoyable, nice dealing with taboo or kinky or just different set ups and situations but still felt connected and intimate. Looked to see if maybe O'Reilly was really Charlotte Stein as these had the same feel as Stein's stories with stream of consciousness, struggling with accepting one's own sexuality/preferences/kinks/enjoyment, and see others felt the same. Stands on its own, though, and will look for more form O'Reilly.

Indecent...Nights is a compilation of the three novellas in the Indecent series by author Jane O'Reilly. I'm going to give a short synopsis and review and then a rating for each of the three stories. I'll then put together an overall review and rating for the compilation afterwards. ^.^
Indecent...Exposure - four stars
Ellie Smithson is a professional photographer known for her formal portraiture, but she's gaining quiet popularity in erotic photography as well, something she considers an illicit side business. When her best friend Amber Jones demands she takes erotic photos of her giving oral stimulation to another man to make her ex-boyfriend jealous, Ellie's shocked to find out Amber's partner is Ellie's accountant and longtime crush--Tom Hunt. When a quiet but intense connection between Ellie and Tom is made, is it just two voyeurs looking for mutual perverse satisfaction or could it be the beginning of something more?
This was a good start to the set and introduces readers to Ellie and Tom, who star in this particular story, and also Amber and Scott, Ellie's best friend and twin brother, respectively. The dynamic between Ellie and Tom was interesting because they obviously both had some sort of attraction towards each other for years but never really did anything about it nor realized that it was mutual. Ellie being somewhat shy and Tom being somewhat geeky made what the things they did together show that, with the right person, you can truly be yourself. Indecent...Exposure was steamy and had a feel of a friends to lovers theme to it.

Amber Jones is finally letting go of her ex...and her ex's now-wife. After months of engaging in threesomes after she was invited to join them in bed, Amber needs something new to distract her from the heartbreak. While the guy she meets at her ex's wedding, Lucas Brady, is in fact fun and distracting, what knocks her off-balance is Scott Smithson. They've never liked each other, but that night of the wedding changes everything. Amber's very much aware of her attraction to Scott but he's also making her feel things that she doesn't think she wants or is ready for. Will it be too late for her too realize that she's ready right now?
Scott and Amber seemed like a pairing that was destined to fail but then two people who appear to be opposites may actually be hiding something that makes them similar, and with these two, it was in the most basic of needs. I wasn't really a fan of Amber's in the first story and while she did grow on me here in the second story, I still didn't like her as much as I did Ellie. She was mean toward Scott a number of times, and the fact that he was nice to her even after she was mean just won him bonus points as far as I was concerned. Indecent...Nights was an okay enemies to lovers story but the ending seemed a bit too rushed.

Lucas Brady thought he found the right kind of woman in Amber Jones, but the fact that she was in love with someone else made him realize it was time to look elsewhere. When he begins to receive notes instructing him what he should do when pleasuring himself in front of his window, Lucas wishes he knew who the mystery woman was. Arriving at a client's office to handle the computer maintenance, he meets Meredith French, ten years his senior. She's a beautiful, no-nonsense kind of woman, they type Lucas has been searching for. Will Lucas and Meredith be able to handle their realities far exceeding their fantasies?
I loved Lucas and Meredith! Age wasn't too much of a factor for either of them and they were finally able to admit to and do something about their sexual proclivities. There was a sweetness to Lucas that I just thought added to his appeal and Meredith so needed to loosen up and she found herself doing that with Lucas. I thought the story was original and creative and that it had heart to it. Both Lucas and Meredith were great lead characters and two people that I could actually imagine being together for the long haul. I admit it: Indecent...Desires is my favorite among the three stories and the one that did well as a novella. ♥

There's a lot of steam in each one but there are varying amounts of romance as well, so it isn't mere smut that you'll be getting. It was an overall enjoyable read and for those who, like me, weren't able to read the stories when they were individually released last year, Indecent...Nights will prove to be convenient because you've got three good stories to keep you company for a couple hours or so. I was able to finish the book in one sitting and it wasn't a terribly long read, so feel free to check it out. Four stars! ♥

4.5 stars! I’m a big fan of Jane O’Reilly’s short erotic tales, not just because they are sexy little reads, but because there’s always something more to them than just kinky sex. This collection is no different. Gathering together three previously released single titles into one volume, this book contains three loosely linked stories of sex, fantasies and love in a deliciously naughty package.
Indecent… Exposure is about shy Ellie who is a regular portrait and wedding photographer by day and erotic photographer by night. Despite her own hesitant and reserved character, she quite enjoys taking naughty pictures of other people at their own request. Or she did, until the day her best friend drags in Ellie’s accountant – the same man Ellie’s had a serious crush on for three years – and asks Ellie to take pictures of them together so Amber can get back at her cheating ex.
Despite this somewhat uncomfortable beginning, this ends up as a hot read between a shy woman with a naughty secret and a deceptively boring accountant with a seriously sexy side. Yet in true O’Reilly style this book is about more than sex and Ellie’s hiding another secret that she considers even more shameful, one she’s certain will make Tom despise her. It adds a definite layer of sadness and sweetness to this story, not to mention a couple of cringe-worthy moments of foolishness and grovelling that make it about more than just great sex.
Indecent… Proposal stars best-friend Amber from the previous story and Ellie’s twin brother Scott in a tale about a sexually confident woman looking for more from her relationships, though unsure how to get it. The thing I liked most about this book is that Amber never apologises for her sexuality. She’s confident, she knows what she wants, she gets it in whatever naughty, dirty, sexy way she needs and she’s not ashamed of that.
Although it might seem that Scott disapproves of her at first, it’s a lot more complicated than it seems. Actually, Scott surprised me by how sweetly he tries to give Amber what she wants – even when she doesn’t realise that’s what he’s doing. Oddly for an erotic tale the scenes between Scott and Amber are almost tame, which almost makes it sexier. A surprising twist of these usual types of tales.
Indecent… Desires was probably my favourite of the three, and not because it was definitely the kinkiest. I think Meredith appeared briefly in the first story, but I’m not totally sure, while Lucas appears in the second, but since their paths don’t cross with any of the other characters again it’s not really relevant. What does matter is that this is a tale about a thirty-something woman whose been made to feel ashamed of her controlling, take-charge attitude, and a young man who can’t get enough of being told what to do.
It’s very sexy but also really sweet. Lucas is just lovely. The way he encourages and cares for Meredith, even as he coaxes her into dominating him is just perfect. As for Meredith, it was great seeing her relax into her real character and learn that there’s nothing to be ashamed of, no matter what she and Lucas get up to.
In all this is another great collection of sexy stories with surprising sweetness by a talented author. If you like your reads hot and spicy, aren’t afraid of a little kink and love a happy ending, then you could do much worse than to give this a try.

Indecent… Exposure is about shy Ellie who is a regular portrait and wedding photographer by day and erotic photographer by night. Despite her own hesitant and reserved character, she quite enjoys taking naughty pictures of other people at their own request. Or she did, until the day her best friend drags in Ellie’s accountant – the same man Ellie’s had a serious crush on for three years – and asks Ellie to take pictures of them together so Amber can get back at her cheating ex.
Despite this somewhat uncomfortable beginning, this ends up as a hot read between a shy woman with a naughty secret and a deceptively boring accountant with a seriously sexy side. Yet in true O’Reilly style this book is about more than sex and Ellie’s hiding another secret that she considers even more shameful, one she’s certain will make Tom despise her. It adds a definite layer of sadness and sweetness to this story, not to mention a couple of cringe-worthy moments of foolishness and grovelling that make it about more than just great sex.
Indecent… Proposal stars best-friend Amber from the previous story and Ellie’s twin brother Scott in a tale about a sexually confident woman looking for more from her relationships, though unsure how to get it. The thing I liked most about this book is that Amber never apologises for her sexuality. She’s confident, she knows what she wants, she gets it in whatever naughty, dirty, sexy way she needs and she’s not ashamed of that.
Although it might seem that Scott disapproves of her at first, it’s a lot more complicated than it seems. Actually, Scott surprised me by how sweetly he tries to give Amber what she wants – even when she doesn’t realise that’s what he’s doing. Oddly for an erotic tale the scenes between Scott and Amber are almost tame, which almost makes it sexier. A surprising twist of these usual types of tales.
Indecent… Desires was probably my favourite of the three, and not because it was definitely the kinkiest. I think Meredith appeared briefly in the first story, but I’m not totally sure, while Lucas appears in the second, but since their paths don’t cross with any of the other characters again it’s not really relevant. What does matter is that this is a tale about a thirty-something woman whose been made to feel ashamed of her controlling, take-charge attitude, and a young man who can’t get enough of being told what to do.
It’s very sexy but also really sweet. Lucas is just lovely. The way he encourages and cares for Meredith, even as he coaxes her into dominating him is just perfect. As for Meredith, it was great seeing her relax into her real character and learn that there’s nothing to be ashamed of, no matter what she and Lucas get up to.
In all this is another great collection of sexy stories with surprising sweetness by a talented author. If you like your reads hot and spicy, aren’t afraid of a little kink and love a happy ending, then you could do much worse than to give this a try.

Indecent...Nights is a fabulous collection of three sexy short stories. I've read a few of Jane O'Reilly's short stories now and she is very good at creating short stories that pack a real punch. I loved all three of these stories, they are all very different from each other with some unique characters. There are varying levels of kink in them, the most kinky being the last story - and surprise, surprise this was my favourite story! I definitely recommend this book to fans of erotic fiction - you won't be disappointed. Overall this collection receives five stars.

These photo shoots keep her business going and she enjoys doing them - until her best friend wants her to take very intimate photos of her with Ellie's accountant Tom. He is quiet and unassuming, but under his slightly geeky exterior he is extremely passionate - and Ellie has a huge crush on him. How will she cope with watching him with her best friend?
This book has an unusual storyline with endearingly awkward main characters. They say the quiet ones are the ones to watch - and this is definitely the case with both Ellie and Tom! Things get very hot between them with some steamy scenes. I thought this was a very sweet, sexy story and I really enjoyed it. Five stars.

Amber is extremely adventurous when it comes to sex, and has enjoyed a sexual relationship with a couple, but they are now marrying each other and she is feeling down. Seeking something to cheer herself up, she seduces one of the ushers at the wedding - only to be interrupted by her best friends brother Scott. They have never really gotten on in the past but now there is an undeniable attraction between them. Sparks are sure to fly between these two.
It took me a while to connect to Amber, but by the end of the story I had fallen in love with her. Scott is a sweetheart, I really liked him and the way that he tried to give Amber what she wanted. They are complete opposites, but they do say opposites attract. This was a good read and I give it four stars.

I absolutely loved this story, it is so hot and the hero is just devine - I'm in love! Jane O'Reilly is so talented at writing quirky, kinky love stories and this is probably my favourite story from her. Fab characters, fab storyline, fab writing - just fabulous all round really!
Indecent...Desires features a thirty something divorcee who has a secret - every night at 9pm she watches a hunk in his twenties pleasure himself whilst following instructions she puts through his letterbox! But Meredith is shocked when her secret turns up to work at her office. Her ex husband accused her of being too controlling, but maybe that's just what this younger man wants.
This book is hot, hot, hot! I loved the BDSM elements of this book, they were so well done. It's great to see strong older female characters getting hot, young guys and really showing how sexy older women are. There was so much I loved about this story so it definitely gets five stars.

This is a trilogy of stories by Jane O’Reilly which is guaranteed to knock your socks off.
Indecent… Exposure is about shy Ellie who is a regular portrait and wedding photographer by day and erotic photographer by night. She is a shy person but she enjoys taking sexy and bawdy pictures of others at their request. She did it with pleasure until the day her best friend Amber drags in Ellie’s accountant- who is the same man Ellie had a huge crush on for a number of years- and asks Ellie to take pictures of them together so Amber can get back at her double crossing ex.
Although this is a weird and kinky beginning, this story was a very hot read and I loved how Ellie and harbored her secret fantasies of the accountant, Tom. This story is more than just sex and erotic fantasies. Ellie is hiding another secret , one she is afraid to tell Tom, because she is afraid that when Tom finds out, that he will turn away from her. This story has everything- heartbreak, sadness, sexiness along with some moments of idiocy and crawling back that will make it about more than just kick a$$ sex.

ARC generously provided by Netgalley for an honest review. Within Indecent Nights are 3 short novels, Indecent Exposure, Indecent Proposal, and Indecent Desires. Indecent Exposure is about a photographer, Ellie Smithson, who tames her desires even while taking erotic photographs of her clients. She has an immense sexual attraction to her accountant Tom but realizes that it would be unprofessional to act on that attraction. That is, until her best friend Amber brings him in for a steamy photo shoot. This encounter with Tom leaves Ellie a complete mess; she is sexually frustrated and in need of only one thing, Tom. I believe that this story has a lot of potential, I love the idea of erotic photography and the intensity of arousal while photographing a certain client. This story in particular, I felt, lacked a storyline. Everything happened quickly without much of a climactic event. Indecent Proposal is about Ellie's friend Amber and her lack of sexual restraint. When Amber wants to have sex, she doesn't really care who it's with as long as there's no intimacy involved. This all changes when her best friend's brother walks in on her, half naked with an Usher, at her ex's wedding. Amber finds herself fantasizing about Scott and wondering what it would be like to be with him. I found this story to be the most intriguing in Indecent Nights. I love Ambers sense of self, she's not ashamed of who she is and what she wants. Amber is afraid of opening herself up and getting hurt, which is the case with a lot of women, so she is easily relatable in that aspect which helps form a bond with the character. Indecent Desires is the ultimate sense of fantasy in Indecent Nights. Meredith is a thirty-four year old divorcee who has a strong sexual desire which she never acts on, and is the epitome of bossiness. She happens to stumble upon a twenty-four year old neighbor pleasuring himself through the window of her apartment and she decides to give him instructions for his future sexual escapades. She did not expect for him to actually follow instructions and she falls into a routine of greedily watching him through her window every night, leaving him in her fantasy world. That is, until the beautiful man turns up in reality and is instructed to work under her. Her fear of him finding out that she is the naughty neighbor who keeps sending the notes has her continually on edge at work. Will he find out? I have never read a book that turns the tables and gives the woman control, it's always the man who gives instructions and remains the dominant in a relationship. I liked that Jane O'Reilly spun this situation around and made Meredith the daring and dominant cougar!

Indecent Exposure we meet shy photographer Ellie. Ellie has a secret she takes exciting erotic photos for people and when best friend Amber talks her into taking some photos of Amber with Ellie's accountant Tom it unleashes a side to Ellie. Ellie is shy but she is also a little kinky.
This is an excellent erotic story with lots of steamy scenes but there is more depth than just the on page sexiness. Ellie is an easily likeable character, she is shy but has an exciting side to her the Jane brings through really well. Tom is hot, who said all accountants are boring? He certainly isn't boring and this mixture brings out the best in the story. There are more layers to this book and story, as I read it, they began to peel away leaving a wonderfully layered story.
Indecent Proposal Amber from book one is not shy when it comes to sex and she likes to experiment but now she is stuck in a situation she wants out of so she suduces an usher at the wedding of a couple that she is involved with but is interrupted by best friend Ellie's brother Scott.
Again Jane brings lots of steamy scenes to her story and more layers than just the erotic part of it. I can't say I like Amber as she was very demanding but Scott was again another hottie.
Indecent Desire: Meredith is a complete control freak and it is the reason her husband left her, instead of making her think how to change this makes her worse, especially when she catches a hot man pleasuring himself in the flat across the way.
Her world is turned upside down when he turns up in her office and she is convinced the he knows that is her who has been sending him secret notes. Out of all the three books I enjoyed this the most, there were some funny scenes and the chemistry between Lucas and Meredith is electric.
This is also different as Lucas really enjoyed being dominated and it was just what Meredith is looking for even when she didn't know it was.
I will say I enjoyed all three stories in different ways but as they were all put into one book I would have preferred them to be linked, rather than totally different people in them.

Jane O'Reilly knows how to write a scorcher. The first two stories tied together nicely...although Amber really bugged me in the first book, I grew to like her in the second. The third story kind of came out of left field. I'm assuming that Lucas is the same Lucas from the second book, but it's never made completely clear. Each couple had their own trials and tribulations, but they more than made up for it in the bedroom. Holy crow, she can write one heck of a steamy scene. This compilation is more about bedroom scenes, though, so be warned. While we do get plenty of feelings, the emotions aren't the focus.

The three stories are loosely connected, with one of the main characters introduced in the previous story. All three are beautifully written with just the right amount of sexiness and erotic. They are written from the POV of the woman which was great in the first to stories because I could really connect to heroines, but I liked it at bit less in the third book (only because her desires and tastes aren't mine). If you’re looking for erotic without too much kink, this is your book.

These short stories were amazing. Normally I am not a fan of short reads, but these stories connected to each other and I couldn't put it down. Three women, three very different personalities, very sexy. The desires these women have are incredible and the detail put into it was VERY HOT!!! A great read and a must to read for all who love short love stories and steamy oh so steamy sex!
