Rich Woman's Fetish

Rate this book
Gina Wright escapes a hellacious life by doing the unthinkable-selling the use of her womb to the highest bidder among rich, childless couples from more affluent areas of Chicago. She even accommodates their "special" requests ranging from participating in forbidden fetishes to more complicated liaisons. Gina uses them to amass a fortune, then sets out to fulfill her own dream, one that is shattered in an instant when a freakish accident steals a gift she has always taken for granted. Years later, Gina learns that one of her surrogate daughters has been forced into the illicit world of drugs and prostitution. When the police and FBI turn a blind eye, Gina risks the anger of her former sponsors and lovers to have their children search for the youngest sister. One daughter turns to a criminal mastermind to help locate the teen; another puts her career in jeopardy when she seeks justice in her own deadly way. The search puts a dangerous spin on their already chaotic lives as the women learn more about trust and love and how to depend on each other to do the impossible.

This story started off soooo good that it was hard for me to put it down. I'm not sure why the author broke this story up into parts. At times, I would stop and check the title to make sure I was still reading the same story. The first part literally took my breath away and had me on the edge of my seat but the other parts dragged and I had to force myself to finish this book. In my opinion the author should have stuck with the first part and kept that story going it was way more interesting.

Great read!! Fast paced, full of suspense with plenty of surprises, twist & turns!
This novel takes you on an emotional roller-coaster as we travel through Gina's past to get to her present. Some characters you will love, some you will hate, some you just have to shake your head at, lol.

Oh my goodness. I could not put this book down. Gina was off the chain. She grew up in the projects, had to escape from a notorious gang leader, convinced a rich couple to take her in, pay for her schooling in exchange she had a baby for them. She ended up having 5 daughters for 4 couples. One daughter turned out to be exactly like her (Nalina). It was like she was her mirror twin who experienced a lot of the same things that Gina experienced. Later on in life Gina learned that her youngest daughter was in trouble. Gina managed to get her 4 eldest daughters together (they accidentally found out that Gina was their biological mother) so they could rescue her youngest daughter from a world of prostitution, drugs etc. This book was well worth reading. Would make for a great movie. Your going to love it

Fine

This book was a book club pick. The story was fine and we'll edited. However this is not a book I would pick for myself. Even having read it I still can't say I would have picked this book for myself. This book started as if it would be Gina's life story until it flashes forward to one of her daughters. It wasn't until almost halfway through the book before Gina contacts the daughters to find thier birth sister. I'd try a different story from this author, but this book had a lot.

Hopefully I list all of these. My apologies if I missed any

Wow! Wow! Wow!

I started reading this book because I was curious. Well, I just finished the last page and I didn’t skip any. Another master piece by the amazing, Naleighna Kai, whose books are all page turners.
You must get your copy. I don’t want to give anyway any part of the story.

Her children

I will say this story started out good; however, somewhere around the middle it seemed to drag. This was not my favorite book by this author. I’m not sure I would recommend it to others.

The first few scenes of this book were so vivid, I felt like I was there. That being said, it got too real for me. I couldn't finish, but from the parts I read, I could tell this was a well written book.

Rich Woman’s Fetish is intriguing multicultural interest romance by Naleighna Kai.

Naleighna Kai takes the reader on an emotional transition with a vibrant character who can hold her own in any circumstance. This plot is unique, and the backstory is compelling. Rich Woman’s Fetish is a five star read that I highly recommend to all readers of romantic suspense.

First, let me say that I absolutely love this cover. It is simple yet beautiful. The story on the other hand is the complete opposite of simple. Kai has woven a complex web which gives some insight into how far couples will go to have children.

Gina lives a life of poverty and when given the opportunity to be a surrogate for a wealthy family she jumped at the chance. She saw this as her way out of her situation and into a new income bracket. She then devised a plan to become a surrogate to as many families as possible. While making this plan she did not think about what all it would entail.

"Naw, y'all. My right hand works jus' fine. It's my shootin' hand, yes, indeed. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition."

Rich Woman's Fetish has just the right amount of action, suspense, adventure, sex, and even some romance. It grabs your attention from the prologue and there isn't a let down as Kai has exceptional storytelling skills. Rich Woman's Fetish will make one ponder if the grass is truly greener on the other side and if the pursuit of financial independence is truly worth the cost. We are currently in a literary world where authors tend to recycle stories so I am quite delighted to say that Naleighna Kai always keeps it fresh and original!

What an amazing page turner

I bought this book when it first came out but just finally got a chance to read it. What an exciting read that many times made me want to throw the book. But because it's on my kindle app, that wouldn't have been a good idea. This was a great and well written story. I can't wait to see what this author has in store next.

Awesome read

This was another great read that focused on Gina, who bore daughters for people that otherwise couldnt have children but ended up getting caught ul when she fell in love with one. This story came full circle which I really liked.

Couldn't stop reading

This drew me in with the first sentence and refused to release me until the last. The story was told in a way that only Naleighna Kai could tell it.
