This book is a great reading for finding answers how nutrition works brainwise. We usually know the meaning of fats, essential amino acids and carbohydrates but this book gave me simple but deep understanding how these nutritions truly work according to the brain health. Definitely would recommend this to the ones who want to know more ‘how nutrition works’ not only ‘what nutrition is’.
This book was pretty great, although I already knew more than 80% of the information it had. The recipes are wonderful, I just don't think I may be able to cook like that, because I probably won't be able to buy the ingredients. The simple ones are ok, but some of them are just science fiction.
