I always back to read this book each time; when I want to find out something more about portrait.

Perhaps, It has ton of books of paint teaching, but I touch few of it, and most of the books I found can't be understanded in my real; because the unclear message and word :

Well Teaching in something, is not easy, even though the writer is the great professional one who have a wonderful experience before.

"Painting Portrait" have lot of technics that I can use in my real work life : from "how to set the studio" to "how to deal with the model" are explained, sincerely, in the book;

and after some of my experiments through the book, I found that most of his suggestions are useful and work.

The author is a well-known portrait painter and it was a treat to learn about his techniques and watch paintings move from sketches to finished projects.
