Rather, they are encouraged to learn about the risks and benefits - and "stop the shots" until they are fully informed.

This book is plain, simple facts - no factions. If you decide to continue vaccinating then it will be entirely at the risk of your pets, especially after reading the facts author John Clifton lays out simply for all to read in layman's terms.
