To give some context - I am a sports physiotherapist with 9 years experience and working in professional sport.

This is, by far, the best clinical anatomy book that I have ever had the fortune to lay eyes on. This is the first one I have finished but I am currently working my way through the other 2. There is no book on the market that so coherently explains the body and also WHY the anatomy of the body has evolved to suit the biomechanics needed of it.

A massive downside is the difficulty in attaining this book. It took me 2 months of constant hunting and pestering to get copies of them and in the end, I never managed to find an actual hardcopy of the 1st Volume. Its worth the hunt though!!
