Iffy about this book

I am very iffy about this book. It's written as more like scenes in there life all are pretty much of her doing something that she gets in trouble for and for me personal it made it seem like all he does is spank her. I understand they are in a domestic discipline relationship but with the way this is written if makes me feel like shes getting spanked everyday and I just had mixed feelings about this book. Had it been written as more of a story and not by scenes in there life I would have liked it more.

I'm sorreeeeeeeeeeeeee but......

I have read this author before and liked her books but found this one lacking. The female main character was like a fifteen-year-old petulant child , there was zero character development and I honestly feel as if it was a complete waste of my time. Each chapter was like reading the diary of a teenager who stayed in trouble.

This was a fun read and written a little differently than expected, each chapter describes one of Shannon's 'adventures'. I just laughed and laughed when I read this book because Shannon just could not catch a break! Good thing she met and connected with Landon, her hunky policeman neighbor but boy, did he have his hands full! Delightful!! I am the first to admit that dominant cops are sexy as ever. Landon in this story is no different, with the numerous spankings he gives Shannon. I loved this book of stories. I received and Advanced Reader Copy from Stormy Night Publications.

Horrible. No story just chapter after chapter of him giving her spankings. Never once did he stand up for her. It was almost like he was looking for reason to do so.
I would have left a long time ago.
