About the author

My name is Anita Hampton and I’m a Freelance Graphic Artist living in Northern Virginia. I grew up in the faith and I’ve been a member of First Mount Zion Baptist Church, on and off (changed churches each time I moved, but I’m back), since my late teens. I have loved studying the Bible all my life, partially due to my love of reading and my desire for a deep understanding of things that interest me. Not surprisingly, my lifelong faith is something I’ve loved diving headlong into.

Because of my love of reading, I love sharing what I’ve discovered and learned with others; that eventually lead to me teaching an Adult Sunday School class with my sister Lisa for a couple of years. She’s an author and longtime Sunday school teacher and encouraged me to try it with her class; so, we took turns teaching throughout the year. I loved it! I learned so much more about my Lord through teaching His word then I ever expected I would, and I loved the discoveries and deeper understandings that others received from my classes.

While looking into possible “side hustles”, I learned about publishing on Kindle and the moment I decided to try it God let me know that this was His way for me to grow my faith while helping others grow theirs. He heard my prayers and saw the desire of my heart to share a deeper knowledge of Him and brought the idea of these study books to my mind. Thank you, God. This process has given me so much and I pray that it gives you as much and more.
