I am a Director of Marketing for a national company and this book is spot on and always up to date. Excellent overview of all things digital. The simulation that goes along with it is great too, although not enough keywords are available to bid on. I cannot recommend this book highly enough for newbies or seasoned marketer. I picked up several nuggets and I've been doing it more than ten years. Be sure to watch all the expert sessions as well. Great info in there.
