Eco- and budget-friendly

This book is filled with very simple, cost-effective recipes. Some are fragrant with the addition of essential oils and one recipe is for those with sensitive skin. I am not certain why there are so many misspelled words given today's technology. Aside from that, if you're interested in switching to eco-friendly detergent and fabric softener, but don't want to spend a fortune on the name brands, then this book is for you.

Good content. Editor needed.

The content was great! Poor grammar and spelling made many of the recipes difficult to understand, though. There was at least one mistake on every page, often four or five. Her style of writing is friendly, but comes off as a high school girlfriend rather than an educated woman. I hope the other books I purchased from this author are an improvement.

Good info to keep on tablet

I like being able to keep these laundry recipes handy on my Kindle. Very inexpensive and easily obtained ingredients. These easily made laundry aids might end up saving me a lot of money.

I'm going to retire soon and will need to learn to be more frugal.This book was so helpful and doable. It sounds like fun. All the ingredients are just a few min from my house. Retirement maybe not so bad after all.
