Ace's High #1

Missing: A Dempsey Brother's Story

Rate this book
How does a modest, conventional young woman, engaged to be married,
end up in a stranger’s bed on her wedding day?...

She turned and looked at the stranger in the bed sleeping beside her.
He was beautiful, his face calm and classically chiseled, morning stubble covering his chin,
his gorgeous eyes hidden behind heavily lashed lids, his body tight and strong. Too bad she couldn’t remember his name…

Heather lifted the sheet and looked at herself.
Bra gone, panties too, but her black garters and stockings were still in place.
The set was expensive, picked with care for her new husband; an outfit he would never see…

Oley and Stan Dempsey, a pair of gorgeous brothers, inadvertently meet two different women on the run.
Both fleeing other men. Are the Dempsey brothers innocent bystanders, or is something more sinister about to occur?

Heather is running from a shattering betrayal. Karen is missing.
Is she still alive or hiding with a new identity and a fear of discovery?
Will meeting up with two dark, mysterious strangers lead these beautiful young women into safety or more deception,
facing hidden secrets, while experiencing lustful encounters?

Novel includes thirteen original illustrations from a well-known Minneapolis architect & artist.

No cliffhangers, this is a standalone full length novel about lust, relationships, and love,
with suspense and mystery woven throughout the story.

I loved this book. From the beginning the heart and soul of Oley and Stan is put on display. Liz and Heather are very bright ladies.
I enjoyed the storyline and writing.
I was so glad to see Ryan's outcome as well. He never had a dog in the fight. I felt sorry for Nick. He should have put his feelings on the line way back when.
