1.5 stars to two stars I guess? I can't remember much of what has happened in this series, I can't remember how the romance between the main couple turns out in the end, I can't remember what has happened to the power struggle at court and the many fight scenes among swordsmen/swordwomen leave no trace in my mind. All I can recall is how this story had served well as the introduction and coming-of-age story of the male lead of 雲海玉弓緣, a series which the author wrote after this one.
