Our FMC’s life turns into one she never foresaw happening to her, having been a mafia princess, to a captive within an MC club. Life still insists on throwing rotten tomatoes at her, when she is placed outside the clubhouse only to find she is in a worse situation…can her life get any better? Will she ever escape and have her own freedom? Will her live always be that of a captive?

I quite enjoyed this MC/Mafia romance, the writing was good, the story is told in multiple POVs but does stick more with their past stories. I would have liked a little more on the MCs relationship build up but all in all it flowed ok.

This is a book that is populated with mostly despicable characters with few redeeming features, however amongst the generally ghastly selection there are enough glimmers of light that expand as the story progresses so that you are not completely depressed.

Dora is introduced to us as a young girl seeking to escape from a bad situation and while this is achieved she ends up being abducted by Viper after she witnesses him killing the lad trying to steal his car.

Up to this point she has led a completely secluded, pampered life and she has to adapt quickly to survive in threatening environments. The book contains a few surprising twists but for the majority of it Dora is the victim of a lot of painful and disturbing experiences.

Since Viper is part of a criminal MC he is a violent misogynist as are all the other males. It is mystery why any rational female would want to be closely associated with the environment.

In the background we have the mafia and the dynamic makes me think of medieval Europe where you would have competing strong noble families and alongside these there would be minor warlords or outlaw gangs. Each terrorises the main population but in general seeks to avoid open confrontation with other centres of power.

Any romance and pleasure is left firmly towards the end of the story, when you can see some possibility of a settled life for some of the characters.

I absolutely loved this book! I love a good MC Action/Slow Burn Romance Book.

Dora was at a party with her future husband, and a shoot out broke out. Dora was on the run until she became a hostage within an MC's clubhouse. Cue Viper. No one knew her name, or anything about her, but yet something within Viper told him that he needed to protect her (even though that was against every fiber of his being). Viper and the President of the Club searched and dug to find out more about Dora and they eventually find out she is a princess of a well known Mafia family.

But, as we all know, family is not always what it seems?

This is a very good story, and an easy read! Pick it up if you love a good MC story but are not afraid of being immersed in this world.

Dora's life was never simple bunt after witnessing a massacre she's taken by the MC with Viper at the helm, she's thrust into a world unlike the proper upbringing she had, but Viper draws her in and as their captivating chemestry ignites, but dangers not far off. Well written steamy dark themes, desires, sizzling hot spicy moments, and more!.

This story is hot. The story starts straight from the first sentence and doesn’t stop until the last one. The main characters are total opposites but. As we know opposites attract and as the story unfolds so do they.

This is well worth the five stars and if you like dark and dirty this will be right up your street.

Dora, a mafia princess, and Viper, part of an MC, end up together as she becomes his hostage after witnessing a murder. It didn’t take long for him to become attracted to her. And when he finds out she’s been treated very badly, he becomes her protector. This was a steamy hot read, with some BDSM in it. I was totally invested in these two. I loved all of the danger and chaos and the way these two came together.

I was looking forward to this about because the blurb made it quite interesting. And the storyline was really good. But there was so much background story that would pull me out of the main story. I wish things focus more on Dora and Viper then all the side characters.

This story was amazing.
From the mafia to the MC, poor Dora gets totally abused and mistreated.
Viper slowly becomes her protector then her forever.
All the twist and turns in this story. 😮‍💨
