Taming Jake Wild SURPRISED THE HECK OUT OF ME! I knew going into this read that is was a prequel to Jake Billionaire, Book 3 due to release in September of 2015

At first I did not care for the way this book was going at all. I thought oh no! This is not what I was expecting at all! The hero Jake was a very dark character. He did not like to be touched, he did not kiss and he certainly never loved anyone except maybe his older brother Alexander. He was held back a grade in High School and was in his senior year. All the girls wanted him and he took what he could get very roughly I must add. He thrived on the pain he caused these girls but he also gave pleasure. When he was done, he’d put his 9” overactive cock away and leave them like they were trash.

Then he is told by his older brother Alexander that he was to move in with a professor that use to teach Alex when he was in college. When Jake went to meet this man, he also met his lovely innocent daughter. Of course the professor was leaving town to join his wife who was away. Seems like Jake was going to be alone with Zara, the professor’s daughter.

What happened between Jake and Zara was NOT LOVE AT ALL! This was what I would call two souls who needed each other badly in order to heal and move on with their separate lives. The sex/love scenes were SMOKING HOT! Yes ladies I throbbed down there yet again and I really should change my panties.

The ending was FANTASTIC and my eyes were watering. I turned my Kindle off with a sigh and a HUGE SMILE! I would never have thought at the beginning of this book that I would be so invested in this story and the characters. WELL DONE Juliette! I should NEVER have doubted that this book would turn around.

The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was that there were a few questions I had that were not answered. I wanted to know why Jake was the way he was and what the heck happened to make him that way? But I have a feeling that those questions will be answered in Billionaire Book 3 which I can hardly wait to get my grubby hands on.

Update:
I maintain my statement and add my excitement for Jake'sbook, since I know it will be safe and he proves himself to be a fantastic H! ;)

Before:
I'm pretending this one never came out and going from his character in the Billionaire series to his main book Jake by Juliette Jones .
For me this one never existed and I'm not even the one writing this note... Lol

Oh my word – when the blurb say that Jake is “bad to the bone” they were not kidding – but dear lord is he delicious with it, his bad is somewhere I want to be!!

This short and spicy little novel has all the hallmarks of what could potentially be a firm favourite because for all his badass ways Jake Wolfe is a man I really don’t want to let slip through my fingers – just yet.

Zara is to all intents and purposes perfect and the model of the straight A student but what you don’t get initially is that this girl has a lot more going on that you would think at first glance and while Jake is quite happy to do whatever he feels like whenever he feels like it. Zara does whatever it takes!

So when Jake musters up at her home while her old folks are away – she is about to learn the difference between being in school and getting schooled – and Jake Wolfe has just morphed into professor badass!

So can this bad boy, teach the little lady in question to cut loose or will Zara break his mould and him in the process?

One weekend and everything they know shifts, everything they think they want changes. They both learn lessons that they were not expecting and that always has to be a good thing.

The story will get it claws into you pretty early on and to be honest it won’t let you shake it loose, and that is a good thing because I am looking forward to more from this series and I have to say I can’t wait to hear a bit more about Alexander!

I wasn't too sure about this book as I was reading it. The darkness in Jake was scary & his run through the female student body was a little more horn dog than horny teenager. The character of Zara was a little inappropriate with her sexuality & who she shared it with . I do like how their one night opened each other's eyes towards how their lives could actually go.

Pointless and somewhat disgusting since the hero will end up with another heroine in one of the next books.

Taming Jake Wolfe is a short novella and is a prequel to Jake (Billionaire book 3). In this prequel Jake is a troubled 18 year old bad boy who seems to be irresistable to all the girls at his high school. This book isn't your typical romance, there is no HEA for Jake and Zara, but their brief relationship helps them both become better, happier people. It is a good, short read that sets the stage brilliantly for the next book in the Billionaire series. This is the first book I've read by Juliette Jones, and I really enjoyed her writing style and characters.

Jake is full of anger and lust, he's constantly horny but can't bear to be touched. He can't do normal relationships but has a constant string of rough, dirty encounters with girls who crave the handsome bad boy. Then he meets Zara, a beautiful college student who ensures she maintains her good grades by doing pretty much everything except sleepy with her professors. She is attracted to Jake, knows he's damaged, knows he's dangerous but can't resist his bad boy charms.

This book is seriously hot, Jake is such a sexy character - I do love a bad boy! Jake is an intriguing character and I can't wait to meet him as an adult in the next book. This is an enjoyable, sexy read that gets four out of five stars.

*Gifted for an honest review – 3 ½ - 4 stars

I haven’t read the first two books in this series but it didn’t really make a difference to the novella, as it’s a prequel to Jakes story which is book #3 in the series. While I enjoyed this it didn’t really blow me away like others before have. Would I be interested in picking up the series? Most definitely.
Jake’s damaged, Zara’s the good girl. Their worlds collide when Jake is sent to stay with his brothers’ mentor in order to attend a decent school. Well, the education they both get isn’t entirely in the classroom. This is a swift introduction to the ways of Jake and how he was before. In his bad boy days. The two have a sexual relationship but it becomes more for both of them. Whilst this isn’t a HEA kind of novella that sees Zara and Jake together at the end it is part of his story and allows the reader to understand where Jake comes from in prep for his own book. The scenes are a little steamy and there are some inner musings rattling around his head.
If you are keeping up with this series then this is one you won’t want to miss. Enjoyed, but didn’t love. Recommended!

This may have been a short story but it was not short on drama or sexual tension. Jake is the troubled bad boy that has no shortage of attention from the ladies. Just once he would like to feel a true connection with someone. When Jake’s brother needs to move due to work, he makes arrangements for Jake to live with a professor in order to stay in school. This brings temptation in the form of Zara. Zara is living in the house and is also a college student with unusual relationships with her professors. She knows exactly what to do in order to pass her classes. The chemistry between Jake and Zara is instantaneous. They feel a connection with each other and are able to tear down their walls for once. This is not a forever love story but it does give a glimpse into a moment in their lives. I enjoyed this book because it moved at a steady pace and I was swept away from the very beginning.

This is a short treat of a story. Jake Wolfe, bad boy extraordinaire in full rebellion at age eighteen. Would you let him star at your home alone with your nineteen year old daughter???

Zara is a "good" girl. She knows how to maneuver her way to getting good grades in college. She is expected to excel so she must do what she can to succeed and not disappoint her high-brow parents.

Somehow placing Jake and Zara under the same roof seems wrong. When you think about it, he father really does not know Jake. He is making decisions based on the trust he has for Jake's brother, Alexander. All it takes is one weekend alone. One weekend neither one will ever forget. One weekend where they will both learn things that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Well written, quick read, sets the stage for more to come.

TAMING JAKE WOLFE is the prequel novella to the upcoming book JAKE, part 3 in the "billionaire" series. Jake is 18 and not exactly the kind of guy you'd want to take home to meet the parents. He's had an abusive childhood which has deeply affected his personality. He is afraid to be touched, and uses women for his own desires. When Jake takes up residence in a house owned by his brother Alexander's friend, he meets Zara and they grow close!.
I really enjoyed this book. My only criticism is that it was so short!. I understand though that it's a novella. Jake will be getting a longer book in a few months, and I guarantee he will set the pages on fire!. Juliette Jones can certainly write some risqué scenes!

Jake is definitely a bad boy with a penchant for sin. He is sexy and mysterious and a bit broken. His brother asks his former professor to take him in when he moves to the city so Jake can finish school. The professor has a daughter named Zara who is a bit naughty herself. She is in college and sees some of her professors for more than just extra credit. When Jake and Zara meet their chemistry is off the charts. They share some scorching hot moments together that changes both of them. I can't wait to see what happens with Jake next.

I give Taming Jake Wolfe 4 hearts!

I FLOVED the Billionaire series and Alexander Wolfe, this is a spin-off of that story. Jake Wolfe is Alexander's brother. While you probably don't have to read the Billionaire series to read this I strongly recommend it. Jake had something very horrible happen to him when he was younger. It is briefly touched in the other series and this story starts out on how he met "the one" that got away. We still don't know the ins and outs of his childhood be we get a glimpse of the framework in which shaped his older years of life. #GoOnOneClick #ReadOn
