It's entirely wordless and you can tell that it was written for his non-domestic audience because of hints like futbol being their chosen sport to watch and "WC" marked on a bathroom door. After all, it was published here AFTER elsewhere because it said that it was already an international hit in 1990 and this didn't get published until 1991. It also is priced in three currencies.
