the book i actually have here is titiled Grogan, Fourth Collection from 1996. my niece brought this to me after a visit to s.africa and i love this book! who would think a fifteen year old collection of editorial cartoons from the country about a far from the u.s. as is possible would be almost completely relevant now?
i wish i could get the 100 Best book, Tony Grogan is as good as Oliphant or Conrad or Herblock!
