I loved this book. That ending left me wanting more and curious. I can't wait for part 2. I was shocked when MeMe was Mega's sister.

What??? On the very intro book, all this drama, WTF!!!
Man, first time reading this author and on the very first book, there was so much drama that I couldn't believe it... Why Mega, why? Or should I say why MS. Mercedes G, why? Just when we are team Mega, and then this... Ok let me start...
Nataysia is or was a good girl. A strong independent working black woman and thought she was happily married. She bump into her possible soul mate and become this crazed confused woman and everything that was up went downhill for her..and this ending, wow...
De'Carlos "mega" is everything that each one of us who reads these urban fiction books want and need in their lives but don't have. Handsome, alpha, boss man, THE MAN to know, kingpin gangster, and hood all wrapped into what we know as MEGA, and he for sure Mega. Shoot I feel like going to Geargia, the Peach state and get me a mega for sure.
Jamel is supposed to be the husband but he so dirty, that no amount of washing can clean him up.
Shakira is truly BFF but with so much baggage she gonna need a whole concourse to carry her bags, but she is still there for her sis...
Jay is the dog while Rock is an uncertain factor that we can't place yet. Oh and MeMe well, we hope to find out more in the next book because baby, ain't that a who with all of these twists and connections going on.
So, I explain the intro as best as I could without giving off any spoiler but best believe I will get into it more in the next rounds coming up. I only want to say to Taysia or Mrs. Lady, you can't be mad since your yard is not smelling like roses either, but if you want something, you better fight for it or let it go.
Unfortunately, if all of my fav don't get together at the end of the day, I know I will not continue this series...that's a promise!

Good Read, I Think 🤔
This book was good, I think but I was bit perturbed...everyone was sexing it up but no one used a condom even after they caught a STD... The writer needed to make her characters a little bit more responsible... The only character I liked was Rock and maybe because he didn’t have as many scenes... The story moved quickly a bit too quick to the point I can’t really understand NyTashia and Benzo falling in love... I will read the second book because the ending came out of no where ....

Taysia and Kira are the best of friends. Both of them have their ups and downs in relationships in this book. Kira just let's Jay do her any kind of way because what she went through with him I would not wish on my enemy. Taysia thought she had the good life little did she know that Her husband Jamel was doing major dirt. When I tell you that I loved Mega. I mean "Hands up" Where him at with that BIG.....okay I can say that in this review but Baby....He is the Truth! On to book 2

Didn’t see much a love story here because Taysia was married and pregnant from the jump and supposedly in love with her husband. Before the sentence could set in, she was lusting over someone else. The entire read we get a bunch of cheating and reasons why the grass was greener. Mega was something new and an upgrade so not much love going on with any of these characters. Okay read if you can follow along with the petty stuff long enough to get into it.

Loved this book! Talk about karma hitting before you even expected it to hit. This book will seriously make you fall in love with the characters. That Mega is something serious... got me lusting over him lol

Taysia and Mega was playing a dangerous game. Taysia acted as if she wasn't a married woman, and Mega knew that she was married when he pursued her. The situation that they both had created, was indeed a complicated one. At the same time, Mega was engaged, so how could he be mad at Taysia when he had a fiancee' himself. The route these two was going, someone was going to get their hurt broken.
Taysia's husband, Jamel, wasn't who Taysia thought he was. Taysia wasn't aware that Jamel had been doing the same thing she had been doing, but it was before Taysia even met Mega. Jamel could've been doing his thing, but to impregnate someone the same time his wife was pregnant, was just wrong. It was only going to be a matter of time before Jamel's infidelity would blow up, and Taysia would find out.
I was so happy for Kira, because she deserved better than what Jay had given her. I was so proud of Kira, for finally walking away.Yes, Kira was wrong for what she did to Jay, but he could have taken one for the team, for all the things that Kira had endured in their so called relationship. I enjoyed Rock with Kira, and I hope that their relationship goes somewhere.

I can't believe I downloaded then deleted and reloaded this book and am just now reading it. I've been missing out. This was really good. There is so much drama and I am loving it. Ain't nobody loyal in this book. Mega and Jamel both got it going on and Natayshia has her hands full. How they haven't all ran into each other yet? It's about to go down soon though. I can't believe Mega though. What's going on? I was left confused and curious and I gotta see what happens next.
