Short, informative, & fun. Highly recommended. I've been knitting for a while now, but still learned quite a bit since I'm self-taught & not very good. There's a bit on all the basics. I never would have thought to knit with plastic bags!

The author's written explanations & pictures of stitches are very good, but should be used in conjunction with a video. It is by far the best way for me to learn, anyway. Plenty can be found on YouTube. Sometimes it's helpful to have a helper to pause the video & rewind a bit.
