This is one of the best books I've read. It gives you all the info you need on proper nutrition and health, as well as insight into the business behind our food and drug industry, and it does all of this without going into lengthy detail. I highly recommend this quick-read book for anyone who is interested in staying healthy!
This is a no frills book that gets straight to the issues, explaining why our current food sources are nutritionally inadequate, making whole food supplements necessary. I bought several copies to pass on to friends and family.

"Back to Basics of Human Health: Avoiding Fads, the Trends, and the Bold Face Lies" is short and powerful. The author, Mary Frost, tells it like it is and does not hold back. This book is loaded with useful information that everyone can utilize. The author explains physiology in a manner that is easy for all to understand. She explains why sugar is bad for your health and whole food supplementation is a necessary. Read this book to learn a great deal.
Great information about how our food has gotten to be lacking in nutrients. Can be quite a scientific read at times, but the research and solutions that are offered have been life changers for me.
