Ok I have had time to sit on all the thoughts I have on this book. The first being that any book that takes me three months to read is a book that I clearly do not like. I put this book down for a while because I knew I wasn't enjoying it. However I am a stickler for finishing books even if I hate them. Now I haven't given many one star ratings over the years. I can only think of a few off the top of my head. Those including The Old Man and the Sea by Hemingway. This book though, it deserves this one star. I will gladly tell you how much I couldn't stand this book. I am sure the author worked hard and cared about this book, but there were just so many issues that I can't even begin to try and persuade myself to say I just disliked this book. HATE HATE DOUBLE HATE. It was boring and predictable. It was sexist and the "romance" was so fake it hurt. I mean really who goes from hating each other to having sex and being married within two chapters? What the hell. Do not waste your time on this one folks.
