A little dated for 2025, but some solid advice inside.

The section on supplements and types of blood pressure medication was very helpful. Many of the other tips went into more detail than what I have read before so this was a good book. Some good recipes too.

well written. A little dated 2007. He actually died around the same time he wrote this. Anyway, some useful advice.

I read this a few years ago and found all sorts of interesting information. Robert Kowalski brings his love of food and personal story to his discussion of foods and supplements that are good for your blood pressure and heart health. He does mention his cholesterol book, and that is also a good book that has been around for many years. My favorite "cure" is hot chocolate. Hard to beat that.

Very quick read if you skip over what doesn't apply to you, and all the fluffy exposition stuff. Good info on supplements.
