Worst textbook ever. Everything seemed to be all over the place so it didn't end up making much sense sometimes. It didn't seem to explain things nicely either so half the time what you read made little to no sense. The authors jumped all over the place with their ideas starting with one thing the all of a sudden switching to something else. It contradicted itself as well in certain parts so it was difficult to understand what the authors were trying to get at to begin with. Avoid this text at all costs. It was also terribly expensive for no reason.

Some of the studies are quite old, but it is very extensive and it's nice to get an overall picture. Not an easy read, but it is totally worth it.
