I loved this set of books it's a great series law enforcement, suspense, mystery and a lot of action and adventure .

DEADLY . PURSUIT
Celina as a rookie undercover cop, a year on a sting operation, put a mafia leader behind bars. The glee was short lived, when threats, people dying trying to keep her safe. The safe houses are not safe, police officers are still dying. Is he the one, did he got out of jail. Will she live or only if Emilo is killed. Haunting, tense plot.
DEADLY DECEPTION
Thomas was DEA and working undercover, with TaskForce. At the airport to take Ronni to a meeting, they were to be partners. She brought her evaluation about the Church of Truth, a cult religion. What the son Adam is going for is retaliation for the father, who they felt was the true messiah.
Her brother, that why she was asked to be part of this Taskforce. Would he see her, would it only be the religion with him believing he is the Messiah. Will Ronni feel at home now and part of TaskForce to stay
DEADLY. FORCE
Cal seeing Bianca then seeing the gold bands they each still had on, was it the divorce paper she wanted sign. Telling him she was in big trouble and only him could keep her alive for the next 24 hours. I know what happened at Operation Warfighter. He lost 3 men and now he was under investigation from that. Instincts he wanted to protect her. She didn’t want to mess his life up again, but she had a target on her back. With gun shots they were going to find out if the boat was sea worthy. Tense, fast action plot.

Just freaking awesome
These books are just riveting. You feel like you know these guys and you are a member of the gang. She weaves your heart inside and you love these imperfect people . They want just to love and live. Go get her books. If you read nothing else, read her books. They are smart , dangerous and with some exciting romance along the way.

Three awesome books in one. All three are riveting and full of suspense as well as a wonderful love story. Each have several twists and turns to keep your attention. All are individual standalone stories but are connected.

I read each of these book independently as they came out and loved all of them. No matter what genre she tackles, Misty Evans produces a winner. She is among a handful of authors whose romantic suspense novels stand apart and above the typical novels that I have read.Her characters display strengths and weaknesses that make them feel real. Her plots carry twists that have me holding my breath and shouting “yes”. Her wit and as well as her wonderful character interaction balance the suspense and help me connect to the characters.
Deadly Pursuit is a breathtaking novel of suspense with an irresistible romance. While the suspense was tremendous, Misty Evans wove such a beautifully balanced story of romance and general human interaction through this fantastic novel of intrigue, and her character were so brave but believable. I can even recommend this one to my fellow scaredy cats; it is well worth the nail biting. If you love romantic suspense you have probably already read it; but if you haven't, you must! Cooper, Celina, and their story are too awesome to be missed.
In Deadly Deception Ronni’s life in a cult ended in a traumatic battle between members of the cult and law enforcement officers led by the FBI. She has never recovered from the PTSD that resulted from the horror of that day, but she manages to hide it well enough to make it into the FBI. Now she is recovering from a stab in the back, a literal stab in the back, and once again is hiding the effects of a trauma from her bosses. Now is not the perfect time to be sent in to investigate her half-brother’s cult, the baby brother that she saved from sure death in the attack on her step-father’s compound. It doesn’t help that the man sent in as her back-up was also supposed to be keeping an eye on things when she was stabbed, a man to whom she has always been drawn, but one who brings flashbacks of her more recent terror.
We met the mysterious Bianca Marx in Deadly Deception and now in Deadly Force she gets her turn. When Bianca learns top secret information her life is in danger and the only person she trusts to keep her alive is the man from whom she has filed for divorce, Navy SEAL Callan Reese. The action as they follow the convoluted trail to discover the whole story and try to protect the life of the President of the United States is awesome! Although she resists involving her SCCV team in her trouble, Coop pushes his way in just as we would expect so we get so spend time with old favorites. With a great series, I always think the book I am reading is the best and this one is no exception.
