Great book with a lot of historical background and practical advice.
I enjoyed learning about the life of Rebbe Nachman, and practically speaking I have bookmarked "The General Remedy" and "Selected Mitzvot associated with major limbs of the body". I bookmarked other things as well but those were the two standouts for me. This is a book to refer to again and again.

I did not realize just how much Judaism offers to the area of health and healing until reading this book. Very well written by an inspiring Rabbi.
