Michael Northrop is the New York Times–bestselling author of 16 books for young readers, now starting a new chapter with his first mystery novel for adults (12/1/26). His previous books include the classic young adult survival tale Trapped and the hit graphic novel Dear Justice League. His books have been selected for the Indie Next List, Junior Library Guild, and NPR’s Backseat Book Club. Collectively, they have sold more than one million copies. He is originally from Salisbury, Connecticut, a small town in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, where he mastered the arts of tree climbing, BB gun shooting, and field goal kicking with only moderate injuries.
