Zero to AI: Business Strategy for an AI Native World is a concise and strategically sharp guide for business leaders ready to move beyond AI curiosity and into genuine AI-native thinking. Sudhir Kadam distills the complexity of building an AI first business strategy into a format that is accessible without being simplistic, offering a clear framework for organizations at any stage of their AI journey.

The brevity of the book is one of its strengths, respecting the reader's time while delivering the kind of focused, actionable direction that broader AI business books often bury under layers of theory. A valuable and well timed resource for executives and entrepreneurs who understand that the window for meaningful AI transformation is already open and narrowing fast.

Insightful careful dissection, how to think AI grounds up

Sudhir has a knack to take a complex and important topic and dissect it at its unit level, the way he does it here with ample business use cases and relevant case studies to help the reader navigate and absorb the materials. A great read to understand how AI adoption is a fundamentally different game of grounds up new way of looking at intelligence, than adding it as another feature layer in your legacy business processes.

Zero to AI

An interesting book filled with information about artificial intelligence AI with a good explanation of how to use AI and a lot of good examples. I will have to read this several times to completely understand it but it is written very well.
