Eastfield was a town in decline until Mr. Stands arrived. Jules first noticed something strange when his sister's wish for a dog came true. Then, some household items his parents wanted showed up. But when Mr. Stands, the wish granter, began twisting the townspeoples' wishes around, causing injury and destruction, Jules and his friends began to wonder just where he got his incredible power. When they find out, its almost to late to save the town.

Boring. Wouldn't even suggest it for a beach read.
