This really works! I've been using these techniques on myself and my husband. We've both seen a difference already with sleep as well as physical changes. Definitely recommend.

This book was exceptionally helpful particularly in the pathology section where it lists different pathologies and all three approaches: ear, hand and foot...really enjoyed the book.
