Another creditable, compact and clever travel guide from Dorling Kindersley. Having just read 'Top 10 Corfu' in this series, I find I am repeating myself in this review. I enjoyed reading this more than the Corfu guide, simply because 'Top 10 Crete' covers just the single island and the main sights on Crete are places I really must visit. At just £8 for this pocket sized mine of information, with a large map on front and back covers as well as a pull-out map inside, this is ideal to take away on the holiday. Also, these editions are regularly revised so no details are obsolete. Ideal as a first level reconnoitre.
This is a very concise and helpful travel guide for your pocket or backpack. Highly recommend to anyone headed to Crete, which is a WONDERFUL place to visit.
I'm gonna drop this one to my bf, I hope he will get a hint for vacation. By the way it is the smallest guide I could've find for him. (He hates reading, unless its animation stuff.)
