Cuff it!
Picking right up where we left off this book delivers that same flirting, passion, steam, and energy between Ahmad and Tae we thoroughly enjoyed in book 1. This time bonding, desire for more, and feelings are involved. As they navigate it all through unspoken and growing emotions they must determine if it’s worth exploring more or letting it be just another skin slapping jaw dropping special delivery experience. 10/10

Thee Tasha Marie does it again. This book was spicy as usual but I love how a late night delivery turned into much more. I do hope to at least get one more update on Ahmad and Tae.

Thee Tasha Marie does it again ! Loved this book.. I enjoyed seeing their relationship grow even more but we still got the glimpse of what made us cum back from the first book ! I definitely need a book 3 so we can see the full circle !!!

Rating 4.5⭐️ 🌶️🥵 the thermostat did not survive this read. Special Delivery 2 turns the heat all the way up and refuses to apologize. What started as a one time, mind altering delivery clearly left a return address because a month later they’re still very much tapped in. Valentine’s Day plans, no less.
Taelyn was so thoroughly undone the first time around that she agreed to a wild pact: no sex, no self pleasure, no cheating the urge while they were apart. A whole month of anticipation. The restraint alone deserves an award because when Ahmad finally shows back up, that built up tension detonates. The payoff 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾 Absolutely worth the wait. Young or not Ahmad applies grown man pressure with precision and confidence, leaving Taelyn fully aware that age has nothing to do with stamina, intention, or skill. Putting her through the mattress is light work there wasn't a place in her apartment that was untouched.

Bringing out the card game was his quiet way of saying he wanted access to her mind too, not just her body. No speeches, no labels, just intentional energy. Yessss, loved this delivery update, lol! Ahmad and Taelyn are the real deal. Crazy how a delivery turned into much more. I love how they both stood on business with the pact they made after the first delivery because releasing that tension was well worth it honey. I know they weren’t an item yet, but I do wish Ahmad had romanced her a little more for Valentine’s Day, like he could have gotten her a bouquet of roses when he got his mom’s. That would be my only critique. I love how honest Ahmad was about him really feeling her but not rushing into a relationship and Tae understanding where he was coming from. All relationships should have honesty at the core. I just love this duo. You have a bad ass, boss ass slightly older woman and a young, hard working man, what more could you ask for? I lovedddd the spice but my favorite part was when he was showing Tae the house and he wanted to know if she was proud of him, that was so sweet! It shows how much he respects and cherishes her to want that validation from her.

The sequel picks up with the Ahmad and Taelyn preparing for their next meet up. We all saw the instant connection in the first book. Who knew a late night delivery could lead to this? Its evident the pair are feeling one another and it has progressed to more than just a sexual manner. Although the bedroom is the primary setting, the book does show that they spent time getting to know each other on a deeper connection. Despite the lack of a label, they are growing and becoming more than just sexual partners. We see this at the end as Ahmad shares his latest accomplishment with Taelyn. I'm hopeful we'll see these two again soon.

Book2 didn’t disappoint.. starts 3months later and Taelyn and Ahmad agree to hold off on being with anyone else and pleasing oneself.. so Valentine’s Day was planned to be spent together.. they vibed and really connected.. it was spicy and intriguing to watch the chemistry unfold.. both exes tried to get back with them, however they agreed to only sleep with each other and no one else but didn’t want to label and force a relationship too soon.. Ahmad had been working hard and finally got his house, in which he christened with Taelyn.. loved this follow up 🥰

Another 5/5. Book two definitely put a great ending to Ahmad & Tae’s story. I love that this was a spicy read that also gave me a little bit of a storyline within both of their lives. Ahmad & his goals working toward a home & Tae and her personal life and giving up that other man as she learns she deserves better. The spice was again 10/10. I definitely wouldn’t have minded this story being a bit longer.

Now this is how you do a sequel. Ahmad and Tae are back for a valentine day adventure, and let’s just say they need to stop playing and be an item officially. I love how they stayed true to their pact, and kept their ex’s at a distance. It clearly seems no one can come between them and their little adventure to building together.

Not gonna lie, I could definitely continue reading about Tae & Ahmad every few months...like little novella updates and I'd be completely happy. It's Ahmad's energy, it's how he handles Tae. It's how fabulous Tae is and how she knows exactly who she is. I just love them together! Although Ahmad definitely checks her everytime with no problem is it wrong that I want Tae to humble Vonnae herself 👀

had a good time catching up on Ahmad & Taelyn. Thee Tasha Marie is always my go to when I want a palette cleanser short and spicy novella. If you read book 1 where these 2 meant, Taelyn after trying to order a late-night toy delivery, Admad told her you don't need that I can do you much better AND DID!
