This is Ronan,aka Snake,and Lee’s story,and it’s just as good as the others.
Filled with suspense,heat and revelations,this one’s just as fast paced and entertaining.
Torin’s PA is not getting any younger as her mother points out every year on her birthday,but this year it made Lee lose her patience with her…..and she promised her mother to fuck the first guy she saw until she was pregnant.
Giving her mother what she clearly needed to back off,a grandchild.
Low and behold,who was standing there,leaning against the door,listening to the conversation she was having?
The very man she secretly wanted,the only one she’d ever considered,but never dared approach….Ronan.
And he decided to take her up on that promise…..because he’d always wanted her as well!
Even if he felt he wasn’t good enough for her,not with being the NCS assassin….
The push and pull they get into is different from the others in regard to the fact he doesn’t share,but as far as making it permanent,he’s exactly like the other men…..not ready to expose her to a life of danger.
But Lee’s convinced he’s the man for her,and she’ll be damned if she’s going to let him get away!
Again,if that were all,it would already be an entertaining story,but it’s not.
The enemy has the US president in their clutches,determined to get the blueprint of a weapon that could destry the world.
Razor and Snake find out where,and are ready to save the poor man,when they see who the enemy, called Venom,is…..
They allow him to slip away,knowing they need the president safe most of all.
But he isn’t done playing his evil games….no,he won’t stop until he gets everything he wants!
The race towards finding the blueprint is becoming even more important when they hear what Venom’s plans to do with it.
Will they be on time,or will Venom find a way to beat them to it?
Using his spy in NCS to obtain it’s location?
The twists and turns still have my head spinning,and the heat was as delicious as always.
I adored Lee’s way of cursing,and i loved how Ronan was with her.
In short,i enjoyed this story from start to finish!

Snake has been the top hitman for Kings Inc. and the West Coast Mafia. His work is all consuming and has left no room for an entanglement with a female. This was true until Ronan heard Lee making an “oath” to her mother to find a man to “satisfy” her mother’s demands. Now he is impressed, attracted and more than hot for Lee and her submissive body.
I absolutely LOVE this story of two strong, independent individuals who somehow have discovered the alluring beauty within the other. Master Goliath (Ronan/Snake) is a forceful, demanding, powerful, caring Dom, who seems to be the reality Lee is searching for. Lee (Missy) on the other hand has been sassy, manipulative and even controlling of other doms, She is now looking for a firmer, more demanding, yet caring dom, who she can share a life with. Will Master Goliath be able to satisfy all her submissive needs and desires? Will Ronan be able to reveal his past misdeeds to her? Will Lee be able to allow Ronan to see the evil she has participated in? Will they be able to find their destiny in each other?
This story is also interwoven with the abduction of an American President, political unease and secret weapons. Will our mafia men find a way to solve these issues?
I highly recommend this continuing story of intrigue, allure and love.

Normally I am not a mafia romance reader but Linzi Basset has done a fabulous job of weaving extraordinary characters into dark, sizzling stories.
Ronan Scott is such a dichotomy. On one hand he's a skilled, ruthless assassin and on the other, a man who revels in the sights and sounds of nature along with a true appreciation for its beauty. He's always been attracted to Lee but knows he's to corrupted by his past and status within the West Coast Mafia. Their flirations are seemingly harmless but make no mistake, Lee wants Ronan. She decided sometime ago that he would be her husband and father to her children. Now, she's waited long enough and dares Master Goliath by showing up at Decadent Sins. Talk about poking the beast! Meanwhile, discovering Venom's identity and edging closer to determining his mission, finding POTUS, and eliminating the threats take up Torin's, Ronan's and company every waking moment with few exceptions. Finally, when the identity of the mole is revealed, it shakes Ronan and Torin, et al to their very foundations. I’m a lover of this series and this next book just proves why! From beginning to end, I was held captive by this authors details and words. The characters jumped off the pages at me as their descriptions were so vivid. This time we learn about Snake, Ronan Scott. Oh so handsome, virile and delicious yet so mysterious. He doesn’t believe in love or relationships but when it comes to Lee, he feels she can be the one to change his ways. Lee wants to get married and have a family and feels Ronan is the one, but can she convince him? These two have sizzling chemistry and I loved their witty bantering. There is just so much to love about them!
In usual fashion this author takes you on a wild ride of murder, mystery and mayhem. That’s what I love about her stories, they aren’t just about relationships, they are about everything that encompasses them. If you want more from a story, then read this series and this story. You won’t be disappointed!

WOW! That was exactly what the title entails – Dominant Thrills! It was definitely thrilling, intense, sexy and so freaking titillating that I was hooked on every word and could not put the book down. It was a crazy and explosive wild ride that I never wanted to end.
Ronan – damn – this man is a force to be reckoned with. He’s fierce, demanding, possessive, powerful and sexy. He will melt your panties and your heart.
Lee, the bratty submissive that she is, needs someone just like Ronan to control her with a firmer hand. She has had her eyes set on Ronan for a while and I couldn’t wait for then these two finally collided and gave into their desire for each other. Their chemistry was off the charts and completely toe curling.
Such a fantastic and well written story that was filled with action, suspense, emotional turmoil, drama, passion and love. Loved every delicious second of it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, so much happens, secrets are exposed, traitors are dealt with, love blossoms and survives difficult times and humanity is saved. Lee and Ronan finally get together and are explosive together and as hard as Ronan tries to stay away to protect Lee, he can’t and little does he suspect her secret. Dakota is in an impossible situation but manages to stay with Torin, who faces the most difficult situation of his life. There are a couple of surprises and twists in this story that you won’t see coming but make for a great story.

This series has been, amazing, addictive, sensational, mysterious, fiery and Dominant Thrills adds more fire, excitement, suspense, surprises that pull you in and Keeps you craving more. Ronan and Lee’s passion burns off of the pages. I have loved this series from the beginning, the characters, the stories, take your breath away, makes your heart go “Oh My!!. I cannot recommend or say enough about this, except you will want to read this again and again. A must must Fantastic, spellbinding, powerful, and Flaming series.

But the heart wants what the heart wants, and Lee succeeds to become very visible to Ronan/Snake/Master Goliath.
And OMG this couple has chemistry and connection !
This new chapter in that amazing series shouldn't be read as a standalone. So many things are interconnected with the previous books and Linzi Basset did a terrific job to create a whole world of suspense, intrigues and mysteries. It would be a shame not to enjoy it from the very beginning.
But the heart wants what the heart wants, and Lee succeeds to become very visible to Ronan/Snake/Master Goliath.

I truly enjoyed this story.....but this one leaves me with more ????. While Godin and Dakota's live ended in marriage....there is still the CID. Investigation? So far there appears to be evidence of Godin and the rest guys guilt...was there an investigation and if so what was the outcome? Maybe book 5 will resolve this question don't know. Too many qusstions.

Dominant Thrills is the Fourth book in the series and revolves around Snake (Ronan/Master Goliath). I love the series and the suspense. The sexual tension between Snake and Lee (Missy) at the office was so thick. Another great book.

A great set of characters and a twisty plot ensures a good story and this is one. Ms. Basset always delivers a great read and the Decadent Sins series is really enjoyable.
