There are animals who hitchhike rides on other host animals. The host animals thus unwittingly become the home and food for hitchhikers. This relationship is sometimes symbiotic, meaning the animals help each other. Some hitchhikers are suckerfish, oxpeckers, aster seeds, fleas, bee-eater birds, and pea crabs. This is good information to know.
