Taoism and the law of attraction. Attract abundance by implementing ancient taoist techniques

Rate this book
Taoism is a complex philosophy with many attributes from other philosophical ideas. One of this is the synchronization of Taoism and Tai Chi. Chi is believed to be the universes driving force. It sets things in motion. It is an energy that changes form and decides our destiny.
This Chi is historically from ancient Chinese beliefs. It is believed to be the life force and scientists in China claim that it is actually a form of infrared light from living matter. In Western states this is believed to be bio-energy.
So how does Chi relate to the law of attraction? The law of attraction is based on energy having positive energy and asking from the Universe and believing that what you asked for you will get. This holds a similarity to alignment of Chi in order to get what you want.
Chi may seem as a foreign concept to accept and believe but perhaps you can relate with feng shui. This term feng shui is commonly used by interior designers when they want to decorate your home. Where they tell you they want to arrange your furniture in a certain feng shui or even the side your bed faces when you wake up can ruin your chi. Chi is basically energy and it can be negative or it can be positive.
The law of attraction is based on the belief that you can get what you want in life by simply visualizing it and dreaming about it and somehow you will get it. It is based on like attracts like. In your mind you are supposed to decide what you want and ask for what you want from the universe or from any religious deity that you hold in high regard. The next thing is to believe that you will get what your mind is set on. Followers of this law of attraction have given testimonies stating that they got material possessions such as cars, houses, money, jobs and even their life partner.
