Man Im mad that Bake N Shake is dead I liked him. And lord ham mercy I'm ready for Oshiwa and her chicken neck side kick Blake or whatever his name is to die already I don't care to remember his name. I'm hopping Ray Ray or somebody get that ass swear . And I don't want Jason to die he's my favorite -.- i already know Ima be tight if he dies and I def didn't know E and Bake was brothers. But in the end I def enjoy this book. 5 star all the way (:
Not bad just basic. Nothing stood out in the story that makes you want to continue to read along with it because it was just so simple. The title had me thinking something big was going to happen with Michelle but nothing really happened with her. The stuff that was told about her was boring and the little bit that Jay went through was bland. I was hoping for more out of the characters something that made you want to root for them but it’s just not there. The situation with Oshiwa was silly, she really stood no chance but it’s like the author was grasping for anyway he could to keep Bones in the picture. The ending, even if it’s far fetched, was about the only thing eye catching. But then again really? Who would believe it would be that easy and not just that what now? What’s the reasoning for Oshiwa to even be putting herself in these positions anyway?
The War Report 2: Michelle's Scandal starts where The War Report leaves off. After Jay and Michelle are unsuccessfully ambushed by Skip and Bones, Michelle has to face the music on her personal life choices. Michelle must decide what's more important to her, her personal life or her career. Despite the unsuccessful attempt at Jay's life, Bones is not giving up on seeking revenge and avenging his brother's death. Unfortunately, he has to figure out his master plan in state prison. This launches Oshiwa into earning respect in the game. In book one, Oshiwa was tied as being one of my least favorite characters; however, in Michelle's Scandal I gained a new respect for her. Her determination is mind-blowing. She committed to her vision and followed the path to make it a reality.
Several casualties are loss during the war between Jay and Bones and just doesn't seem like an end is in sight. Jay does some major soul searching and finally his mind is made up, what's the plan? You must read to find out!!!
King Benjamin continues to unravel this story with many twists and turns of how the war will end. Again he gives his perspective on the story as it unfolds. Ultimately, Michelle learns she's living life with her eyes wide shut in both her personal life and career. Will scandals be the death of her, literally? Or does she find the balance in life? By the end of this book you begin to believe happiness is within reach, but is it??
I always state the Word that Spoke to My Soul when reviewing books, so here it is: Remain true to yourself. Don't allow negative opinions deter you from your path. You are in control of your own universe more than you know!!! While you should value opinions and criticism, those don't define who you are. In the end, you must be content within yourself with your life choices regardless if personally or professionally. Never settle but remember compromise is different!
In the end, you must read book three to see how it all ends!!
As always, #HappyReading

Great story line, I love the characters .. a lot of shooting ... but it was intriguing and I love the love between Michelle and Jay ... now let’s see what Bones is going to do ...
This is getting better. Bones is one lucky thug. He's getting more done than Jay's crew and he's locked up. Luckily for them, they have Ray Ray. He seems to be the only one focused. As for Michelle: what goes around comes around. She got the same treatment as everyone else with her personal business and she didn't like it. I like her and Jay. Poor, rich Jay. I hope he makes it out of the game. His people dropping like flies and don't have any other goals. Maybe now Michelle will stop flip flopping with her decisions. All that's happened wasn't All Jay's fault. It was her who decided to hang with him and his friends. He must be damn good though. I think it's about to turn up now. King Benjamin: You are killing me with your perspectives. You wrote the book. I am looking forward to the next part. I recommend this series and will be reading more by this author.
Michelle really tried to put her life back together but her jealous ass co-workers put a wrench in that plan. Jay loves his boys but he needs to leave the street life alone. When your heart is not in it anymore than it's time to let it go. Hopefully Jay and Michelle will leave and be happy together. Oshiwa really needed to leave that beef alone. Bones shouldn't put her in the prediction. They need to get theirs in the end
It was a good read however the subtitle really didn't have much to do with the story line. Yes, Michelle went through trials and tribulations but the majority of the story was about revenge. The story flowed smoothly and you are able to recall the original players from the first book. If you are seeking an easy read because you want something to quick, then this is the book. I'm not sure if I want to read part 3. King Benjamin will really have to bring it next go round.
I found this book not as good as book 1 but still good. I just hope jay and Michelle find true happiness love them together . Guess we will see in book 3.
