Portly is a penguin who has trouble with a seagull named Stinky, and the solution comes through a bit of solidarity with a little bird named Bert. And the hat? Let's just say, the hat has a lot of appeal to all the birds in this tale.

The artwork in particular is very funny. Each character has an abundance of visual personality, and I'm sure kids would have a blast imitating the style.
