Echos of Manipulation
Running a photography company sounded like an innocent task, but little did I know that sneaking into abandoned buildings and taking photos of unique dilapidated places would lead me to a world of trouble.
The wrong place at the wrong time, a spider web and a large fire were all it took for me to wind up in the hands of the mafia. He wants to know everything about me, but I have learnt from my years in foster care not to dish out all your deepest, darkest secrets and to protect those you love until your dying breath.
One thing I know is I won’t fall in love, not with anyone, and especially not with a man who is the target of not one but dozens of federal agents and criminal syndicates.
