DNF at 28%
The plot of this book is really dumb! The author seemingly forgot that the blabbermouth mc told just B his secret, of which he now somehow should be totally unaware. It's hilarious that to restore the barrier they want to destroy it while the could use the hero just for restoring the barrier.. it's also fascinating that the same society did nothing of sorts in his first life while having all the chances to do so..
The Mc acts complacently and incompetently given his vast experience.

The constant repetitions drive me nuts!
"But Voss didn't know that. To the Accord, Rodric was a freshly summoned hero, three months old." Wrong as the MC blabbed about his 60 year service repeatedly once he was summoned..
The accord plot is nonsensical as they didn't act in his first life..

This is the perfect follow-up to book1. As Rodic and the Silver Company dungeon dive to level up! Rodic and the team unveil a conspiracy decades in the making. Possibly longer! even more inconsistencies
It’s AI and doesn’t line up with the first book ( I listened to both today at work). The most annoying part is that the premise is good. Maybe if they had actually written the book it would’ve been good.
