The panty shifter novella I didn't know I needed...

Frisky for felines? Take your love of cats to the next level with this purrfect appetizer.

Let Ines be your Guinea Pig test subject - here is your chance to experience what life could look like mated to a Panther shifting Adonis. This hunk has a secret weapon in the trunk. Once you're in his sights, he will hunt you like the starving powerhouse prowler he is.

The insta love and spice fueled dynamic between Ines and Merrick slams into you from their first encounter. Diving right into the creamy dessert, wasting no time on the mains. The plot is decent without the spice dominating the show.

Not a reader of 'monster smut'? Give it a go - it's similar to werewolves and Panther man has a human alias..so it's not really that bad. You'll be safe Merrick will protect you !

Billie and Eliza have set this book up as a must read series.

Shifters, Witches and Mafia what could go wrong.

When you run from one man you never expect what you find in another.

The touch her and die vibes along with mine just make this novella what it is. Hard to put down and so wanting more in this world.

Claimed by the Panther is a quick, entertaining paranormal romance that delivers fated mates, forced proximity, and delicious morally grey shifter energy — all in under 100 pages.

Merrick and Ines were both genuinely likeable, engaging main characters. Ines’s desperation to escape a life she didn’t choose adds emotional weight, while Merrick’s reclusive, dangerous panther shifter vibe brings the intensity. Their snowed-in, forced proximity dynamic builds fast, and the chemistry feels natural despite the shorter length.

This one does explore darker themes (check the trigger warnings), but the romance at its core is passionate, protective, and fate-driven.

If you enjoy shifter romance with claiming energy, fated bonds, and a fast-paced plot set against the wild beauty of the Blue Mountains, this is an easy, satisfying read.

Claimed by the Panther is a spicy, intriguing, fated mates novella. In order to protect her family, Ines had agreed to marry Blake. Blake is an evil person who only wants Ines for her money. After the death of her father, she doesn't think she should be bound to the contract. When she gets the chance she runs. She finds herself deep in the Blue Mountains during a snow storm. While Blake and his men hunt for Ines, she finds love, protection, and happiness. Ines is caring, a fighter, and willing to protect her panther man at all costs. Merrick is sweet, and a gentleman but exudes ultimate touch her and unalive vibes. I also loved that Merrick was a panther. There are a lot of shifter books but this is the first I have read with a panther. If you are looking for a shifter romance with amazing characters, a good plot, and a few twists I definitely recommend this book.

As someone who is still dipping toes into the paranormal, I’m so glad I picked this one up! A panther? Didn’t think I’d be saying yes please to that kind of shifter 😈

I was rooting for Inez from the moment the book started but I never imagined she’d end up where she did!

Merrick had a rough start to life but he’s made life his own and now he is suddenly pulled towards something he never thought he would be….a human!

While shirt and sweet the story building in this is great and I love that we get to go through ups and downs! Seeing both sides of the story
While the spice isn’t on fire - it’s sexy and sometimes that’s just what the Dr ordered! Cannot wait to see where the girls take this in the next instalment!

2026:

"When you're connected to your mate, there are some things you just can't hide."

What a way to kick off what is no doubt going to be a fantastic shifter series.
For such a quick and easy read, Eliza and Billie have managed to create a story filled with love and passion that blooms through the darkness.
The balance of spice and storyline was perfection - with a small dose humour from side characters which will no doubt be seen in stories to come.
Merrick and Ines embody the essence of fated mates and everything that that connection entails and I can only hope to see them cameo in the rest of the series.

3.5 stars rounded to 4 for the Aussie element.
Its a fast paced, instalove panther/shifter romance.

I haven't found many shifter romances that are played out in Australia and playing on the Aussie folklore of Panthers in the Blue Mountains was entertaining.
There was a desire for a little more, i had a few questions that weren't answered by the end but i hope we see more from Merrick and Ines as the series develops.

This was such a fun little ride. Ines runs into the mountains to escape a marriage she doesn't want and accidentally ending up snowed in with a morally gray panther shifter. The chemistry kicks in fast and has that whole "mine" vibes. Can't wait to see what happens in book 2.

Just the right amount of spice, this is a super quick read that whets the appetite and makes me super excited for the next book in this series to see where the authors take us!!

Very quick story, easy to read, has good moments of anxiety and has a HEA.

Very quick read, but the story flowed well. I enjoyed realising that it was about a local legend that had its own spin!

This was a juicy little story with instant attraction. I loved that it was fated mates and the absolute desperation with which he cares for her that comes through on the pages. This book is well written and easy to read, the plot was steady and moved along at a steady pace for a novella. The spicy scenes are INTENSE in all the best ways and completely integral to the story.
