Instead, I was accused of murder, stripped of my pack and family, and thrown into prison for a crime I didn’t commit.
Eleven years later, I’ve built a quiet life in exile - until she finds me.
Gia Sterling is the last person I ever expected to see again. She’s the little sister of the woman I loved - the woman I was accused of killing in cold blood. And she's here to exact revenge.
My wolf says she’s my fated mate but there is no future for us. I have nothing to give her and she believes I escaped justice for killing her sister.
Out of the blue, I am summoned back to the pack to say goodbye to my dying father, the Alpha - only to discover he’s been poisoned.
And once again, I’m being set up to take the fall.
Gia wants to help me discover the truth, but the truth might get us both killed.
Because if I don’t expose who destroyed my life, I’ll lose my freedom… the woman fate bound to me…
There is something deeply satisfying about a story that takes every beloved trope, sharpens it, and then throws it straight into chaos. Outcast Alpha Marked for Revenge does exactly that, and with unapologetic flair.
Selene Wilde once again proves she understands the assignment. This is not just a paranormal romance, it is a full emotional ambush disguised as a love story. You get your framed Alpha, your fated mates, your simmering tension, and then she casually adds murder, betrayal, and pack politics just to make sure your blood pressure stays interesting.
At the center of it all is Ryker, exiled, wronged, and carrying the weight of a crime he did not commit. Eleven years of distance have done nothing to soften the edges. If anything, they have made his return far more explosive. What begins as a reluctant homecoming to say goodbye to his father quickly spirals into yet another accusation when said father is conveniently poisoned. Timing, as always, is a cruel little thing.
Then comes Gia, driven by grief, suspicion, and a very firm belief that Ryker is guilty. Their dynamic walks that delicious line between hostility and inevitability. The banter snaps, the tension builds, and beneath it all, that undeniable pull refuses to be ignored. Watching suspicion slowly give way to reluctant trust, and eventually something much more dangerous, is where the story truly shines.
The plot does not sit still for long. Twists land when you least expect them, alliances shift, and the truth plays a rather elegant game of hide and seek. Yet what gives the story its weight is not just the mystery, but the emotional journey. Forgiveness is not handed out cheaply. It is earned, tested, and questioned every step of the way.
And yes, for those of us who like our suffering to come with a reward, there is a HEA waiting at the end. Hard won, well deserved, and satisfying enough to make the chaos worth it.
If you are in the mood for a romance that bites back, keeps you guessing, and still manages to deliver that final emotional payoff, this one will happily drag you into the pack drama and make you enjoy every second of it.

“Framed, Feral, and Fated: A Revenge Story That Bites Back”
This paranormal wolf shifter romance offers far more than just pack dynamics and fated mates. Yes, you get the expected elements—pack politics, hierarchy struggles, and the tension that comes with leadership—but beneath that lies a much deeper and more layered story. At its core, this book explores betrayal: what it does to a person, how it fractures relationships, and how difficult it is to rebuild trust once it’s broken. Add to that the complications of wealth, inheritance, and intense sibling jealousy, and you get a story that feels emotionally complex rather than formulaic. One of the most compelling aspects is the emphasis on justice and perspective. The narrative shows how important fair judgment and due process are—especially when decisions are made based on incomplete or misleading information. Not everything is as it first appears, and that realization reshapes the emotional landscape of the story. Forgiveness also plays a powerful role here. Interestingly, it’s not about forgiving unforgivable wrongdoing, but about recognizing that choices were made based on the information available at the time. When that truth comes to light, it reframes past actions and allows healing to begin. Overall, this is a rich, emotionally layered wolf shifter romance that goes beyond the usual tropes. It combines political tension, family conflict, and a meaningful exploration of trust and redemption, making it a deeply satisfying read.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable story featuring a compelling and complex cast of characters. Their perfectly steamy dynamic drives an intriguing, intense, and exciting plot, all set within an impressively realised world.
The core narrative is a gripping tale of the protagonist Ryker who is exiled for a murder he didn't commit. Eleven years later, he is dragged back into the drama when the sister of his lost love seeks revenge, convinced he is the killer. Ryker’s return to the pack that cast him out—initially to say goodbye to his father—takes a dark turn when his father is poisoned, a crime immediately pinned on him. Thankfully, the story finds resolution with the help of Gia, who senses the injustice and steps in to uncover the truth.
Overall, the book successfully weaves together a compelling mystery, high drama, and a passionate love story.

A great paranormal romance story with fated mates, murder, framed, suspicion, betrayal, tension, pack politics, romance, misunderstandings, banter and love; with some great twists, character development, forgiveness and a HEA.
After the party to celebrate his engagement to Adeline, Ryker wakes to find her murdered and himself framed for it. He's sent to human prison and banished from the pack so after finishing his sentence he makes a new life for himself. But when his dead fiance's sister Gia comes to find him, intent on revenge for her sister he finds himself dragged back into the pack.
With his father dying he returns to say goodbye but when his father is poisoned, he's again accused of the crime. A great read with Gia agreeing to work with him to solve not one but two murders, in the process growing closer and realising they're fated mates.

This was an excellent story. Being exiled for a murder you didn’t commit. Having the sister of the woman you loved wanting to exact revenge on you eleven years later thinking you were the one that killed here. Then being asked back to the pack that exiled you to say goodbye to your father that come to find out was poisoned and that’s being pinned in you too. I was glad to see that Gia saw that something wasn’t right and set out to help fix it. This was an intense and awesome story.
I enjoyed this easy drama filled story about what can happen when you go home years after thrown out of your pack. A bit of a mystery, lots of drama and alpha wolf wining it all by the end. And the love story that I hoped would get a happy ending once all the lies were figured out. Good story and characters with a little steam.
