This is an incredibly unsexy book, being as it is an example of an ordinary slip and fall case from the point of accident through the appeals process. That said, I sure wish I’d read it before I started working at a law firm as it demonstrates the way a suit moves through the system with various pleadings, notices and filings. Probably would have saved myself a lot of time and headaches had I familiarized myself before diving in.
