The Stillwater House is an Excellent story about Beatrice Lowe an Antique Shop Owner and her very clever talking cat Sherlock. Unfortunately someone was found dead near the river. Semi Retired Detective Jack Rivers and his dog Watson go to investigate .Beatrice and Jack work together unofficially to look into the mystery.
But can they find the answers they are looking for?
Superb story and start of a series that I enjoyed reading and I highly recommend that you read.

I hate being the first to rate and review but it is what it is. I dont mind books with Mediums But I struggled with this book. No reflection on author. But it just wasnt for me. It may be for you like books where detectives can connect with rivers to help find the answers to cases. (with adictional background detective work.
